The most unprofessional person I have dealt with (Michael). They missed a bin, so I contacted them, no proper response until I said I want to cancel my contract. Was spoken to very aggressively, and he said if I cancel my contract he threatened he will charge me £30 per bin for all the bins that have been cleaned so far. He then put the phone down on me when I was mid sentence. Unfortunately for Michael, I will be taking this further. Hope he doesn't try and behave like this with other customers

So further to my last review. I managed to get a full refund from my credit card company as PBC did not fulfil their services for the year. Surprise surprise they are hounding me for money! Please stop coming to my house otherwise I will have to take legal action and report you to the police for harassment.

I made enquiries on Tuesday for 3 wheelie bins to be cleaned. They got back to me with a good quote kept in contact with me and checked my bin collection cycle. The bins were cleaned after as promised and smell so much better. Excellent service.
