The Delivery men were really courteous put new mattress on the bed and took the old one away
Delivery was arranged to suit us. Delivery men were polite and friendly.
Delivery seemless. They were on time gave us advice on how long before we could make and use the new mattress.

Quick efficient delivery and installed in no time.
Delivery was as defined after calling shop to see progress on receipt of product from suppliers. The delivery crew were very helpful and lifted the dingle mattress to the required upstairs bedroom.
Even though I put loads of sheets down to protect my carpet they didn't wipe their feet and made muddy footprints. Whilst discussing this with them they leaned on my cream wallpaper. However give them their due it was not easy for them to get up our narrow stairs and they were polite

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience this has caused. The delivery team should be wiping their feet properly at the very least, and they have all been reminded of the importance of taking due care in customer's homes.
Quick delivery
The shopkeeper was informative and didn't mind how often we called. Delivery was easy and everyone was careful and considerate. The mattress had a very unpleasant smell which is still there after two weeks of airing. I can't comment on comfort until l can use it regularly.
