Sold through Presidential ,
Aran dealt with the transaction ,he went out of his way working out of hours with viewings .
Unfortunately sale fell through due to a buyer further down the chain.
He was confident the sale would still go through and it did.
Very enthusiastic and hard working.
Highly recommended.

Stewart Weedon was absolutely amazing!! He found the Perfect Buyers for us, even before we had put the house on the Market.

We have just exchanged on a house that was through Presidential Estates and Alex David has been so helpful, during a stressful process.

We met Matthew Sargeant about 4 years ago when he sold our father’s house and was so impressed. We knew we had to contact him this time after 3 sales fell through without any reasons given. He found us a buyer on our first ‘open’ day (1 week after pictures were taken). Needless to say, their sales strategy worked then and still works!
Matthew listened to us and beautifully described our property making sure we were happy with the ad before pushing online. He was very responsive (especially if you’re someone who always have your phone with you and can talk at any time looking for answers quickly so you can crack on).
During our sale, we were assigned a sales progression person who liaised with us, the buyer and our solicitors making sure something was always happening. When our issue arose (something went amiss when we bought the property) it was finally clear what went wrong and how to fix it. Although we were stressed a lot of times while this was getting sorted, Matthew’s reassurance and ideas kept us from pulling out our hairs! He even told us who to contact when he was on leave. Overall, we have been hugely impressed by their customer oriented and hands on approach and will continue recommending them. I wish all companies were like them. Their knowledge of the market and the level of professionalism we saw was exceptional.

A great experience! We have found Alex David to be a very proactive agent, who genuinely cares and wants the best for you. He is very responsive and very clear in his communication, which is so important during the buying process, which can be stressful at the best of times.

Such a refreshing experience using Presidential Estates, and Matthew in particular when securing our next rental agreement. They’re like no other estate agents we’ve previously dealt with. Matthew really put us at ease, especially in this current climate, went above and beyond meeting us and keeping in touch and was such an excellent, highly professional and knowledgeable person to work with. If you’re looking for someone you can trust and who just gets it, I couldn’t recommend Matthew at Presidential Estates enough!

Alex said he could sell our house for the right price within a good timescale. Well, he smashed it within a week. We would highly recommend Presidential to buyers and sellers as they do what they say in a professional and timely manner.

Aran Patel from Presidential Estates was the estate agent who helped us with this property we recently bought in April 2024. I simply cant fault the outstanding service Aran provided. Never in my life came across such an effecient and professional estate agent. He provided us with an outstanding team of solicitor and mortgage advisor who made house buying process to complete within 5 weeks. Aran not only kept us updated through regular calls and emails, he was always available hands on to answer any queries or concerns. If i ever have to go through this process again Aran and his team will be my first choice.

Matthew was great throughout the process. Kept us in the loop the whole way through, help us through every due to this being our first time renting he was so helpful and amazing as I was so nervous. I could keep on with so many helpful and wonderful things but everyone in presidential estate are the best.

We used Presidential Estates to help us find new tenants for our property. From start to finish the service they provided was amazing. They hosted an open day at the flat which went smoothly. Matthew was very professional and we can not thank him enough for his help during this process. Will definitely be using them in the future.

What an experience!
Yesterday morning ( 23rd January,2024)
Mathew took us to view a property on Forest road. Right from the start, he was very professional, friendly, full of advice and very down to earth. He did not make us feel like we had to make a decision there and then and he had a lot of good advice. I feel so humbled, he took so much trouble for us and he paid attention to detail.
