Oksana Poliuk is a true professional in her field — highly competent in every aspect. Whenever I faced any difficulties, she was always available and ready to help. She knows everything about the best and most comfortable areas of London and can clearly explain everything . She is also very skilled in property selection — she found us a wonderful and promising house that we absolutely love. The house that Oksana sold was our first purchase, so we were a bit nervous, but everything went perfectly.👍🏻

I can honestly say I’ve been extremely happy with the service I received from Aran Patel (my lead estate agent) and Presidential Estates while selling my family home of 18+ years and buying a new property. Aran acted as the agent on my property sale. From his first visit to completion of the sale, Aran made himself available at all hours of the day (and night)! His sales strategy was spot on proving his expertise in this field. Aran held an open house which resulted in 12 offers- truly amazing! He was very supportive and efficient throughout the process making it clear he was acting for me and smoothing the way with my purchasers. He also helped with negotiations on my property purchase resulting in a £29K reduction in the property purchase price. I cannot recommend Aran or Presidential Estates highly enough. Estate agents, don’t always get a good press, so it was refreshing to see someone who is not only very good at his job, but a genuinely nice person to deal with.
