Try it yourself!
Been using prep demon for about 5 weeks now- was always the classic “prep companies are too expensive” but would proceed to rock up with no food to work and spend the same if not more in aldi on impulsive cravings! Can honestly say the food is unreal both taste wise and nutritionally is supporting my performance and aiding my recovery better than i have before! The chicken is superb and a special shout out on my favourite- the chilli beef!

I've ordered a few times from prep demon, I've consistently received good quality, delicious food to my door. Reheats great, ordering from here has made my life alot easier it's great tasty food on the go. Top quality food at a good price, fresh ingredients. Prep demon makes it easy to eat healthy. I cannot recommend them enough, alot of meal prep dishes comprise quality or taste but prep demon is the only one I've tried that doesn't.

By far the tastiest meal plans out…
By far the tastiest meal plans out there!!! The guys at prep demon have got it all right they tick all the boxes... Local sourced food easy to read nutrients you pick a time slot and they stick to it tailor made meal plans what are not just affordable but the flavour is out off this world.

Outstanding
I've ordered a few times now from prep demon. The food has been spot on everytime. The flavours are far better than any other ready made meal.
The delivery has been on time every time.
I got a free protein brownie with one of my orders!
