I initially spoke with Stacy, who guided me through the complete we flow process and suggested me ideas based off my project and nature of business. She was very pleasant to speak with however, I was a little hesitant to start the project but I took a leap of faith and outcome met beyond our requirements. What made my experience great was the two developers assigned to my project. Zayn was extremely helpful, extremely proactive, and was available for me whenever I needed him. David Spent less time with me, but was working behind the scenes alongside Zayn and all of my communication with him was excellent. He went above and beyond to help me in the timely manner.

Maaz is remarkable at his job. Patient helpful and understanding. My wife and I know nothing about websites. I learned about Web Design Stop through my connections, which helped me approach them for my website domain and hosting work, I have been working with them for six months, and I will say that it is an incredible deal to collaborative with these skilled people in my website domain building. They kept their word and created my own domain name; also, they considered all of the specifications and offered me much better suggestions. I am very excited about this experience of working with them. They have an amazing customer support service; whenever I got stuck on website, I spoke to Matt, my project manager, and he resolved my issues quickly.

We had a great working experience with the agency. We worked with them on creating an application for our firm and they did a great job in helping us build an absolutely wonderful app. Premium Web Stop are friendly and easy to work with, and they know how to make sure that your project is done right. They also had some very interesting ideas that we were interested in, which helped us further improve our platform. Overall, it was a great experience as we were able to get the kind of that we were looking for. Everything is now automated with the help of this application.

A sad, sad, story!
I will keep this short and simple. I paid Premium Web Stop well over $4,000 for a custom website (Weightloss concern.com) I have been ignored and lied to by many including Mr. Adam Harris, who told me that employee Jay Anderson was DEAD. (yes, I said DEAD)
Please my remaining refund of close to $1,000.
I have the email address for your CEO. That will be my next correspondence.

We had a fabulous experience with Premium Web Stop and our account manager Sean. The company have some great deals on offer and their service is exceptional. Sean and the team were very responsive and followed up with us frequently. They were doing a design service for us, for which they sent really helpful information and portfolios. During the design process, we were able to communicate with them daily via email and phone. They took on board all our requests in their initial design and in the subsequent revisions to the design. Their responsiveness to feedback enabled the process to go smoothly and ultimately produced a result that exceeded our expectations. Thank you Sean and the team!

DON'T ENGAGE. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL.
DON'T WORK WITH THEM. They are very unprofessional and unethical. They will promise the world and will not deliver anything. You will never be able to get a hold of them unless they want to sell you something. If you stop paying you will never hear from them. Paying will not get you any progress. If you are non-technical they will definitely get you stuck for a lot of money. If you are technical, you should know they will keep your assets, like domain name and content when you fire them!

KEPT ASKING FOR MONEY AND SHOWED NO PROGRESS
They will never get on camera for a call. I never saw any milestones. I did not see any progress. They showed a demo website on Wordpress and gave me the link to that, nothing else, not even the admin username and password to the Wordpress dashboard, not even repeatedly asking. I asked them to train me on the dashboard but they kept making some or the other excuse. I gave them wireframes for landing page, they did not deliver on them and asked for more money (for 72 additional developer hours) to move from Wordpress to php. I said no and asked them to use Wordpress. No progress happened. They never came to any zoom calls I scheduled. Then James called and said he can do the work with a discounted 24 hours worth of developer hours. I could not understand how since till now he had not taken the time to discuss my requirements completely and how did the work reduce to 24 hours from 72 hours! Not even once did we have a full requirements discussion. I finally asked for refund and kept getting bounced around. I was threatened that they will keep the domain name and all the brand assets. It was very very stressful. I would avoid them and advise anyone to not use them.

After trusting 2 different companies with our Real Estate firm's website, including design, domain and hosting, one of them went out of business and the other would never return a text, email or phone call!
Then my company discovered Premium Web Stop and in just DAYS had our new website active and productive!
