Really not happy with the service. They send out illegal number plates that you can't use. Don't waste your money.

Excellent quality product. It was really easy to place an order with a good selection of options to help customise exactly how I wanted my plates to look. Price was very competitive compared to other online sites too. I placed my order mid morning on a Friday and by the afternoon they had been despatched to arrive by midday Saturday. Great service, really pleased with them and very satisfied with everything, thank you. Happily to both recommend and use again in the future if required. Thank you.

Wish I had checked reviews before buying. Ordered legal plates but sent show plates. Jame Hartley emailed to say if I sent ID and proof of ownership he would resend but still waiting and now no response to emails. I have now contacted register of Number Plate Suppliers and DVLA to voice my concerns and suggest if you too have a problem you contact them.

Never had a private plate before and these guys made it so easy to look great whilst staying compliant with the law, arrived quickly and the plates were of a high quality when they arrived. They had a hand signed quality inspection label on the rear, and peel off protective film on the front. They look great on the car and I'm very pleased. Would highly recommend. Ordered a trailer plate online on Monday. Apart from an email from the carrier that they were waiting our package, didn't hear anything. Phone query went to announcement and no response to an email follow up request. By Friday, worried my plate would never arrive, I ordered again from another site in desperation. Price was lower, ordering simpler and when I raised a support query got an almost immediate reply. That plate arrived the following Monday!
My Premium Plates order did eventually arrive over a full week after I ordered but never got reply to my query.
Sorry Premium Plates I think your service sucks and anyone who wants a plate in a reasonable time would be advised to go elsewhere.
