Drying time incorrect on website
The paint was delivered quickly. the website advised that the paint dries in 2-4 hours. the hoarding was painted, the following day it rained and part of the paint was rained off.
On contacting Premium Paints i was advised via email that it takes approximately 24 hours- this was not noted on the website, if it had been we would not have painted the hoarding until we had a minimum of 2 dry days.
Reimbursement of paint used was denied stating '' as the consumer it's down to you to ensure you understand how to apply products purchased''
Please correct the details relating to the paint on your website so that another customer does not have to burdened with the cost of the material when applied as instructed.

The good and the bad
Firstly, what went right: Paints were good value compared to elsewhere and arrived promptly.
The bad: no customer follow up whatsoever. I replied to an email asking if I had any questions about the paint and got no reply, hence this review. They were simple questions that could probably be handled with sending over a data sheet.

Excellent paint for garage/workshop floor.
Fast delivery and excellent product. The mid size white tin is not good as it is very hard to open. However the product itself is easy to apply and is very hard wearing for our use as a workshop floor. Would recommend this product despite the tin!

Awful customer service
Awful customer service, paint arrived fine and so did the expensive roller brush that was missing parts…
I politely asked about the problem and got ignored? £38 roller was an absolute waste of money should have just gone somewhere else. Great news when you’ve bought a first home and you don’t want to waste money buying twice.

Everest Sealer for weed-free block-paving and flags
I have been ordering Everest sealer for the past 5 years & my block paving (at the front of the property) & the Indian Stone (in the back yard) are completely weed & moss-free. There is a lovely "sheen" to the surfaces. I seal them early summer every year - to keep them looking this way. Preparation doesn't take long - I sweep & hose the areas; then apply a little horticultural sand here & there where needed & seal in between the building & tarmac, where necessary with Basalt. Lastly, dressed suitably & wearing wellington boots (!) using the sealant takes no time at all & the areas always look beautiful. A whole lot easier than having to "weed" all year round. Many thanks.
