PremiumFoot Recensioni

Price was higher than originally shown on website and last seems very large

I have been using this stretcher and my shoes feel much better across the toe box area. Thanks

You are liars. Why you take from me shipping fee $6.99, if you write that it should be free. Also, you take from me $4.99 as a proceeding fee, that nobody takes. I don't want to deal with you anymore.

The quality is just as advertised. I will be buying another one me, and a pair for my wife.

Not really sure if it was ordered or not!

I ordered on May 2 and received the product on May 29. It took quite long to get here. Then there were no instructions included. I liked the acknowledgement that they received my order and had an order number. I had a good response from customer service when I thought my order was lost. Now we'll see if it works

My shoes were tight. Tgeae stre5ched them out so now my feet don't hurt. Thanks

I ordered this product on May 7. Three weeks later had still not heard a word back from them when it would be coming . When I reached out & said just cancel my order they sent me the tracking info where still in shipping. Then all of a sudden it arrives within the week. Poor communication from them. Then I get the shoes stretcher with no info how all the knobs work. I figured some of it out but I've never had one of these before. I reached out for some info & never heard a word. I believe It's a good product but some customer service would go a long way.

Don't like the fact that the order kept saying $19.79. Then once I completed the transaction it says $24.99. It was never stated anything additional and I'll probably cancel or return because of not being transparent.

These fraudsters auto-enrolled me in some bizarre subscription after I bought an item from them, and ignored my emails when I wrote to the address their website *said* to write to to cancel that subscription. Ended up having to cancel my credit card, then got a huffy email from Premium Foot about the whole affair, like their con is my fault. Amazing. If I could give less than one star I would.

The shoe stretcher I purchased is actually pretty nice. The problem is they added a $40 subscription when I accepted a discount. I would’ve never purchased at the full retail price without discount nor would I have signed up for recurring subscription fee. I emailed them and they canceled the subscription without any hassle, thankfully. However, they made a point to note that it was clearly stated that I was signing up for a subscription, which is not true as can be seen in other reviews on this site. I would not use them again nor would I recommend anyone else to purchase from them. It seems as though they’ve done just enough research to tiptoe the line between legal and scam.

This is my first experience so far so good! Great deal and easy process!

I have never received the shoe stretchers. I’ve never received any information from you about tracking. I would like to know where the product is and then I can give it a review.

Smooth transition

Said you couldn’t honor special offer without explanation

This was the first time I purchased a product from this company and it was fast and easy. Would use them again if i need something . Regards Edward Gesek
