I sent the cue back and received my new snooker the next Day which I and very happy with,

As I’m local, visited the Premium Cues shop located in-store at Shandon Snooker & Pool on Slateford Road as I’d seen they’d just launched their own brand range of pool cues and was keen to give them a try out. Paul C put on a table and let me try out the cues. After testing a few in different lengths and weights I ended up with the Premium Cues Evolve 55” in medium weight with included mini butt and I added a Halo case, also getting 10% off buying a cue and case together. The whole experience from start to finish was great, very helpful and friendly, good advice given and no pressure. The cue itself, I’m blown away by the overall quality for the money, the fit and finish on the cue is to an exceptionally high standard, chevrons look amazing, grain fill and cue are silky smooth to the touch, can tell just by picking up the cue up it’s definitely a step up in class, and all I tried felt and looked great so quality control is top class. I’ve bought a few snooker related items online from their website in the past and for me Premium Cues go above and beyond, quick delivery, great service and at an outstanding price point. If you’re near the shop would recommend dropping in.

Great company to deal with, Paul was very helpful answering my questions in a timely manner. I purchased a Peradon Merlin cue and Halo case, they were very well packaged in not 1 but 2 cardboard boxes and delivered to Australia within a week. The cue looks and feels great.

When received the cue it come with the cue tip off, as I measured the old tip to buy a replacement that's when I found out it was a 9mm no a 9.5/ 10mm like it says on the lable that comes with it , it is a bit to small for me as I have just started playing again after 25 years .

Bought the peradon Merlin cue, halo plus 3/4 case and two extensions, arrived on time by parcel force, nothing wrong with anything, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for good service, shopped around and found to be the cheapest for the things I personally was looking for. The cue looks even better in my hands, no marks from shipping, protection was well used, even the outer box has no marks, got a free chalk and extra cue tip also. Absolutely made up, can't wait to try it out now

I was very disappointed when my Aramith Pro snooker balls came as when i opened the case the balls where in to found the white cue ball had a slight crack in it, you would think that the order would of been fully inspected before shipping out.

Ordered a Peradon Guildford Cur and Peradon Clubman case. After ordering I had a query and Paul from Premium Cues rang to speak with me. My order was dispatched the next day and we as with me the following day. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Great quality service.

I placed an order on Saturday for a new Peradon cue, aluminium case and a couple of extensions. The price was the best I could find on the Internet with a bonus 5% discount because the World Championships are being played! 9.00 am Monday, I received an email saying the order had been despatched, which prompted me to call Paul because I'd forgotten to order some Taom chalk. Absolutely no problems, he knew my order immediately and made sure it was packed with the cue. Delivered by 9.00 next day in excellent packaging, all items present and in great order together with a couple of spare tips. I can't rate the service and price highly enough and would have no hesitation ordering again in the future. Many thanks!
