Have been buying my cat litter for a good couple of years from here now. But I placed an order on the 18th of November and I never received it not even dispatched, tried emailing and even called no response. Having to go through my bank for my money back.
Also had to go buy cat litter elsewhere and thankfully my cats took to the new litter after this being the only litter they’ve used all their life’s.

Don’t know what’s happened to the company but a heads up if your placing an order it’s likely not going to be dispatched and you’ll not be able to get in touch with anyone

7 day delivery time - which isn’t ideal. Sure it never used to be so long. Also, I emailed and never heard back.

We have been using the hemp cat litter since November 2023 with no issues at all however since around December 2024 when we have been ordering it’s taken a week or more for the product to be delivered which isn’t much use.

I always place my order Monday to Thursday.
There’s times I’ve placed it at 10am and it’s not been dispatched till the following week
I’ve tried ordering mid week hoping it would be dispatched on the Thursday ready for DPD to deliver Friday or Saturday but I’m still waiting a week or more. My order was dispatched on Thursday it’s now Monday and DPD are still waiting for the parcel. I’m now having to look elsewhere for a close to similar cat litter that I can either pick up in the pet shops or get 1-2 day delivery with Amazon, zooplus or Bitba. So disappointed as this used to be such a great service.

Lack of communication, no stock of what I wanted. I even asked if they had ceased trading.

Stopped selling tofu litter without warning

I previously wrote a review about the old formula litter which was second to none and I would buy in bulk to get the most out of the website's offers.

Unfortunately the new formula is atrocious. It doesn't clump, it just becomes a horrible thick sticky paste and extremely difficult to wash - I literally have to soak the tray overnight when changing the litter. I also don't trust it to not clog my toilet. It starts to smell really quickly and doesn't last anywhere near as long as the old formula.

Worst of all I have opened new bags of this litter to find them full of mould and smelling horrible - this is a health hazard to both myself and my cat. For that reason alone I will not buy from this company again.

When I contacted Premium Cat Supplies about the above issues they offered to exchange all the bags I had bought for the old formula which I was happy to do but then ignored my emails when I asked how to send back and where to.

Premium cat supplies Tofu cat litter is a great product. Not just biodegradable but helps to reduce smells and lasts a long time thanks to its clumping properties.

Fabulous service fast delivery. I had to finish the rest of my old cat litter before leaving a review but no worries, my cats love it and they love the two free cut cat bowls. They're predominantly outdoor guys so it may take a little while to use up but as soon as they do I'll be back online to purchases more 😻😻😻 thanks you x

I have been buying Premium Supplies tofu cat litter since October 2023 and was originally very pleased.
The last 2 bags I bought from them in December are completely different. I read that that they changed the formula in November so I must now have the new formula. The clumping is nowhere near as good as before and I will not be buying from them again. I was unable to contact them on their website.

Great service, fast delivery. The product is excellent, hygienic, easy to keep clean, and quite economical as there is little wastage. My cat is much happier with this type of litter than any others I have tried.
