Abs was very good to me on the phone the day before my appointment. On my appointment day he was very good and went on explaining everything to me nicely .
He was lovely dealing with him.

The service was very slick and straightforward - easy to arrange a valuation, appointment, and to complete the transaction. Liam was courteous and helpful throughout. They couldn't be easier to deal with. So we were eventually happy to complete the deal. But they drive a hard bargain, and the initial valuation can be optimistic, so be sure to have a clear idea of what figure you will accept.

I reached out to PCBS late yesterday, and was contacted first thing in the morning by Abs. He was on my drive to look the car over very shortly after. By lunch time we'd agreed what I think is a fair price, with the money in my bank immediately and all the paperwork taken care of. He and everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous, with no pressure or tactics. I can't fault the service I've received, and will say they are very thorough, so expect that. Really pleased.

Completely unprofessional, underhanded, and entirely lacking in basic commercial integrity.

​I entered into a live negotiation as a cash buyer on a Rolls-Royce Ghost. After reaching a firm verbal commitment, the dealership completely ghosted communication.

Worse still, they underhandedly increased the vehicle's price by £10,000 overnight mid-negotiation, without a single word of courtesy or warning to inform me of the moving goalposts.

​Car buyers approach dealerships based on a specific need and a reliance on professional trust. Pulling bait-and-switch price hikes in the dark is unethical and predatory behavior.

​Be exceptionally careful when dealing with this outfit. They do not honor their commitments and will manipulate pricing the moment they see a serious buyer on the hook.

I took my cash business elsewhere.

I dealt with Abs - he was professional, straightforward, and didn't mess me around. While we didn't quite hit the price we initially discussed, the entire process was so quick and hassle-free that I'm still very happy with the final outcome. Thanks for the great service!

I didn't have an up to date v5c due to a private number plate change. The process is that £250 is withheld until you send the v5c in the post (perfectly reasonable). However it took a further 2 weeks of chasing after this was delivered to release the £250. If they had just told me it would take 2 weeks that would have been fine, but I was promised each time I got in touch that it would be today etc etc.

I was actually interested in buying a car from them, the level of detail they go into on inspection gave me a lot of confidence about the standard of their stock - but if something were to go wrong I have very low confidence of promises being fulfilled as a result of my experience.

Despite eventually not completing the sale of my Mercedes with PCBS it was still a 5-star experience. I never felt under any kind of pressure during my dealings with them. Ellie, their staff member, was always friendly and courteous. They offered the best price on the day (beat WBAC by almost £1000) but ultimately I was able to match this from a local family run garage, and that proved to be slightly more convenient. I would happily contact them again in the future, and would highly recommend to give them a try. Btw I found them via an initial approach to Motorpoint.com, another outfit that has has always been good to deal with.
