well trained efficient staff, good location and office
I needed a small office for a project for 6 weeks. They are flexible, the cost was reasonable, well trained efficient staff, good offices in a great location. The building is well cared, fast efficient elevators that you never wait.
For new tenants, parking might be an issue since parking within the building is full, and you have to find something outside. After some trial and failure, I settled with Beverly Hills public parking for extended services for evening-night times and weekends/holidays, as other business buildings closes, and you have to have the key, code or something to open the gate, to get to the garage. Public parkings are open all the time for shoppers and diners.
The only negative for me was the air conditioning; the office was too cold, and the maintenance could not adjust it.
