Risposta di Premier Timber Ltd
Hello Nigel
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm sorry to hear you're not satisfied with the time taken for you to receive your refund. Unfortunately the time taken for you to receive this after we process the refund is out of our hands and down to the provider. In most cases a refund to a credit card takes 2-3 working days but in some cases can take 7-10 days or longer. I can assure you we processed your refund as per our terms and conditions and I would like to think you would have this soon.
Kindest regards
Premier Timber
