Premier Properties Recensioni

Great service , property went online quickly and sold very quickly for more than we expected

First class service from start to finish.
I frequently recommend Premier Properties!

Excellent service from start to finish in sale of my property. Within two weeks of making initial contact, my house was sold. All the staff were helpful and professional, taking responsibility and dealing with queries quickly and efficiently. A first class service.

Massive thank you to Stephen, Marlene and the team. They were amazing from start to finish. As nervous first time sellers, they held our hands along the way. I had done my research before choosing an estate agent, having come across several on our search for a new house and I can say hands down Premier Properties provide a superior service and really give you helpful advice and make the whole process easy.

Efficient professional service. House sold within a week. Well done to Stephen and team.

Premier Properties recently handled a rental transaction on my behalf and the service was first class. Andrew Aitken (the Agent) pulled out all the stops to (1) find me the best property, and (2) expedite my moving-in date. Everything was handled in a professional and courteous manner and I'd recommend Andrew to anyone who is looking to buy or rent a property. First Class.

Great service. No issues or complaints whatsoever. Always quick to return messages and provided helpful feedback and advice.
I would definitely recommend Premier. Thank you to Stephen and the team.

Exemplary service, Andrew in particular impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.

An excellent service from start to finish. Stephen and Marlene were professionals through and through and kept up informed throughout the process. Our house was on the market a couple of days after the valuation and then sold in less than a week. Fantastic company and would recommend to anyone! Thanks again to Stephen and the team!

Fantastic Service

We approached Premier Properties (Steven), looking for a valuation on our property as we were looking to move.
The service provided was quick, efficient and informative and, after acting upon some of Steven’s professional advice, our house was on the market.
We were kept up to date with viewings and feed back and, with the great marketing and advertising offered, our house sold in just over a week.
If you are looking to sell, or even just seeking advice, I’d definitely recommend.

Excellent service. House sold within a week of going on the market. Regular updates on viewings carried out. Prompt and efficient service. Wouldn't hesitate in using Premier Properties again.

Excellent service from Steven and his team.
Many thanks
Jean

I would recommend Premier Properties. Sold my house very quickly and gave honest and helpful advice from beginning to end. Very professional team!

Good experience from start to finish .....

Have sold two properties with Premier now and would not use anyone else. Stephen is honest and reliable. Both houses sold within 1 week with no hassle at all. Stephen took care of all the viewings and gave detailed updates.

I dealt mostly with Stephen and cannot praise him highly enough.
The service provided by Stephen and the other staff members I dealt with in his absence was always excellent.
Highly Recommended.

I had a great hassle free experience buying a house that was listed on Premier Properties. Stephen Kieran guided me through the process. He then guided me through selling my house which sold within 7 days. Marlene who arranged all the viewing for me and was always willing to help and listen at any time. A great team working at this estate agents I would highly recommend them
