Lots of variety!

I have not had the opportunity to turn on the device at this time however, it arrived clean and packed well. Maxandfix had a great deal of items and they seemed to be priced competitively.

I purchased a iPad Pro still in its…

I purchased a iPad Pro still in its original box and that’s exactly what I got and I also got an Apple Watch that was exactly as advertised. Although my packages were shipped separately, I was very disappointed in the way I received my watch. The watch was in a paper fedex shipping bag that looked like it had been run over by a tractor. It also looked like it was opened (I guess to make sure it was still in there or not broke idk). I just feel it could’ve been in something less fragile than a paper bag. Customer service was amazing I emailed about my iPad going to wrong address and I got an email back within minutes. Wrong address was my fault I should’ve checked all the places you can for area code. Over all I would definitely shop with them again and recommend them to anyone.

Never seem to disappoint!

I’ve made a few purchases over the years, and they see to it that I’m satisfied with my transaction.

My only critique this time around would be to have a faster turn around in responding to emails/phone calls from customers. I needed assistance with a customer service issue I encountered after placing my order, so I reached out—by both phone and email. No one ever followed up with me. That’s just entirely way too much money to spend and not get aatleast some-what of a prompt response.
