This company is just scam after scam. I asked them to make logos for my company a few years ago on the understanding I would not pay for them if I didn’t like them. They sent over the most cartoony clip art junk I could have made myself, then forced me to pay for them under the T&S. Their sales team blatantly lied to me. Then months later someone from this company called to say he was a third party affiliate that was trying to make amends with past discretions and sell me hosting services. After some questioning he revealed he actually works directly with Premier Logo Designs which at the time was Logosin30minutes or something like that. Then recently in the last few months someone named James Dean from their “legal” department called to tell me my company was infringing on one of their clients trademarks!! Yeah after some digging, I found out the other company doesn’t exist and filed no such trademark. It was a scam to scare me into buying their trademark services and this James Dean fellow is no longer with the company. I have the email chains to prove it. Just stay clear of Premier Logo Designs. It’s a scam.

THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE! Do NOT give your information to that. They are scammers and they won’t leave you alone. I have asked them to remove my contact information for 2 years now. It’s a harassment at this point.

This company is fraud and has been reported to the federal government. They took our Money and did not deliver the product. Wire fraud, US Mail, FRAUD YOU NAME IT. Do not attempt to do any business with these folks delay is a tactic not to deliver the product. The biggest mistake i have ever made . The Jasson alias is fraud. The team at our bank and the us authorities are investigating there many many scams

All the 1 star reviews are accurate. I didn't see these reviews when I contracted them. There were constant increase in costs. They never created the project as spec'd. Refusal to accepted responsibility. When I refused an up charge they took my site down and said Google took it down. I tried to buy an add from Google to verify and they told me that Premier Logo had taken the site down. Miraculously the site came back when I reported this to them. When they couldn't pull off the functionality of the site all of a sudden my site got "hacked". They wanted $5k to fix that. Do as you will, but they scammed me and if anyone else wants to join me in legal action please reach out

Everyone’s negative reviews are exact replicas of experiences I have had with this same company…if I could give negative stars I would too DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!! I purchased a domain name and website design and have zero access to it or control over it so basically I threw all my money away…that’s just a brief overview of the bs scam they pulled on me!

I agree with all the reviews below. Absolute scam of a company. It's 2 years later and they keep harassing me. I've asked multiple times for them to stop contacting me, and I've told them multiple times that I'll be leaving a bad review every time they try. This is the third one. Horrible, terrible, scam, will try to get more and more money from you, making up stuff just to get you to pay.
If they continue I may file a suit against them.

Do not use this company to build websites. The just keep wanting more money. I had to have a local company finish my website. I paid for the domain name for five years and in less than a year they wanted another $300 for me to use the domain name or $1100 to transfer it to me. Use someone local. This company just ripes people off.

This is the jankiest web design company I have ever come across. stay far away from this company. They will rip you off at every opportunity. They hijacked a site they made form my friend, and tried to upsell them overpriced stuff, telling them straight up lies, saying they needed to pay $500 for a SSL certificate. When my friend wanted to move their site, they did everything in their power to sandbag the process and make it more difficult. This company has terrible customer service and they will rip you off. If I could give negative stars, I would.

This is a scam. Well where to begin. To all out there, read the reviews they speak the truth. Do not absolutely do not hire them the worst company ever, the people of this company argue with you because they know they are wrong for what they’re doing to you and how much money can they take out of you? That’s their goal is. that’s all they care. It’s how much money they can get out of you. Ask upfront in writing for every item that’s being charged because they charge for everything they charge for a website for hosting for SSL for CEE4PDT I don’t even know what half of it is but they charge for every single thing do not believe a word they say ask for a detailed list of what they charge ask for every single thing if you don’t know it go with somebody else they can actually tell you what you’ve been charge for. I can go on and on about this horrible company and its employees. Specially, James Nelson.

This company will quote you a price then squeeze you for more money over and over again. They get you trapped by requiring money up front then calling you over And over again to tell you that you must purchase more things or your website won't run properly. The mark up is extra expensive. When I can find things online that are at a fraction of what they're asking. You will have no creative control of what you purchased. Just don't do it. Scammers 100%

P.s. I just read Frank's review and I concur that is 100% exactly the same thing that happened to me. With the exception that they said I could purchase my rights "which I already paid for" to have control over my website." For $500. Mind you I've already spent over $2000.00

The actual logo they designed was fine but they have contacted me every few weeks for YEARS by phone text and email trying to get additional business or money. Don't do it. You will never get rid of them. I tell them every time they call i will write a bad review if they call again. Well here we go. Considering calling the police because of the harassment.

Where to even start...
Please heed the true reviews calling this operation out for the scam that it is. This has bee a nightmare from the beginning and I should have had a clue with the uninspired logo designs proposed and the complete inability to follow instructions or propose designs that made sense.
Once there was a concept I couldn't figure out why they pushed so hard for me to talk to their "legal team" until I was informed that I "HAD" to copyright the design...therein lies the scam. When ordering the design "package" from their website you need to scroll down the list to see that copywriting the design is required.
Upon final design approval they wanted to charge $389 to register the copyright, even thought the US Copyright Office only charges $65 for this filing. Following that however they then insisted on a payment for "final filing" of $399 for 3 years and up to $1,299 for "lifetime". Nowhere on the US Copyright Office web page is there such a fee schedule.
When I requested documentation of the initial filing they even went as far as to send a forged Copyright application...a quick search of the US Copyright office database indicated no such filing was ever made.

I have dealt with this company for over 6 months to try and get my website built. They have not done anything I have asked. I paid for lifetime hosting and they can't provide me with who the host is. I also paid for an SSL which again they can not provide me with the certificate. This has been a horrible company and I definitely would find someone else because these guys are not dependable and your site will be down half the time!

Excellent customer service very informative. The staff created everything that I visioned down to the very details with multiple images. I highly recommend.

My experience with Premier Logo designs are truly remarkable,to say the least. The P.L.D team was very professional, courteous, and good at what they do. I am very impressed with my website. I’ve had other Web-design company’s create a website for me. All I will say about that is &¥€*%….(I wasn’t a happy camper) I can say that P.L.D. Truly deserves to be at the front of the line in creating amazing websites.
The smile 😊 on my face displays a happy camper for sure.

In October of 2021 I reached out to Premier Logo Design. I had paid in full for two websites. One of the websites was to be a e-commerce. The other one was just a regular website. Mark launched the ecommerce without my approval with a bunch of errors. It was suppose to launch in December so that I could make sales and provide for my family. They were also suppose to help with my social media and did not. I have spent over $10,000. No one reached out or even responded. The other website at this point was not even designed. In March or April of 2022 I got a text from Jason saying he was a customer service representing and wanted to resolve the issues. He was able to complete the ecommerce website but came to find out from the very beginning with Mark my website should have been converted from woocommerce to shopify which originally I had asked Mark and he said they could not do that because I was not getting any sales online and many people were complaining that my website was not secure. They also had Sid working on my social media accounts which I had them stop because he was not posting or creating content as he was suppose to. Both websites are not completed and at one point found out the both sites were not on a dedicated server which they were suppose to. After so many issues Jason had finally many of the issues my website that had never been created was with minor things to change before I made it live. For my ecommerce site I spoke to Jason and is manager Alex whom promised that there would be no issues to converting my woocommerce to shopify and link all my social media accounts and stores and link to commentsold which I had requested. I told them I wanted all of my credentials because they were not provided. They kept saying they would once both websites were completed. That they would provide all credentials and files of both sites under the dedicated server which was suppose to be completed and fixed. I told them I would give them ONE last chance to covert my ecommerce site before Thanksgiving. ALEX the Manger even said that I could rest assured that they would not screw me over and both him and Jason promised that the conversion would be co pleted in 20-25 days. I paid another $2000. I am in debt about $10-12,0000. This is my lively hood. I have a family and have been busting my ass working local markets and marketing like crazy when my website hasn't even been completed This took place the end of September the 29th. Each week I had emailed , called, texted Jason and he said they were working on it. The week before Halloween I asked him to send me a link of the progress he did and nothing had been fixed. I told him I needed everything completed by November 3 because November 7th I would be going to Portugal. I sat down and went over detail per detail for about 2 hours. Friday October 28th he texted me another link and asked that I needed to pay $540 dollars for them to complete and input the shipping plugin to shopify. I responded that I could not because I had to work and see if I could make money to pay that. Mind you any money I made working at local fairs has been to pay off the debt and pay my partner. I told him that the link he send was not working and I could not open it. I never heard from them again. I had emailed him everyday since October 28th. I get a call from a Sam Hudson from Premier Logo Design November 8th while I am in Portugal saying he was taking over for Jason. Mind you the 3rd person already. He has not updated me on my websites, communication well there is none. I ha e called, texted and emailed. Even asked to speak to Alex the Manger. Once again second year in a row that I will miss out on holiday sales. I am a mother of two that has been busting her ass off chasing a dream and this company has been screwing me over and over. They need to be stopped. This is criminal and just not right. Please share share and share this. I have receipts . They haven't even given my updates or anything. They need to be stopped. I deserve what I paid for and they owe my compensation for the loss in sales, the amount of stress and damage they have caused me and my family.

From a brief interview of my needs, to an elegant, insightful logo, delivered in multi-media formats suitable for web, paper and signage, within 4 business days, on budget and professionally executed every step of the way from concept to prototyping, to the patent office application. Premier has earned my highest recommendation.

I just wanted a basic logo made. 30$ seemed fair. But at the end of the design period they say it costs just under 300$ to get a copyright made. A copyright is 65$. It’s just bad business to withhold info like this.

Read Reviews Closely! Many of these reviews say the exact same things word for word. Fake reviews.

I tried honestly to be optimistic about this experience and trust them but in The end I’m out 95$ for the logo design and copyright. But an additional 220$ To file paperwork was required to finally hand over the logo so I could use it.

So my 30$ adventure turned out to be a 95$ non refundable situation.

Their means of communication is highly unprofessional. I felt like the person was ready to yell at me at any moment if I disagreed. He seemed very burnt out and unmotivated. There are many reviews from this brand as well as Logos in 30.

Read those reviews as well before purchasing from premier logo designs. (A very brightly colored website)

My first communication with Chris Jordan was headed as premier logo designs and he signed off as logos in 30.

How many business names have they had? Why jump around? Because they are mostly trying to get your money and NOT provide a product. Beware!

Don’t be like me. Just stick with a credible source like Fiverr or Canva. That’s where I’m headed next.
