The ordering,shipping, delivery was all perfect! The packaging was cute. The hair was exactly what I asked for BUT the biggest issue I had was the amount of shedding from the hair. Like A LOT of hair coming out and then I also had a few red strings coming from the wig, which wasn’t a big deal I just cut them out. I would still return back to the company and try them again, probably just try a different wig.

Very communicative, fast shipping and the hair is top quality for a very good price!

Unfortunately if there was a minus star I would have selected it. I ordered this wig May 26th, 2019. I have not heard a mumbling word. When I tried to contact you by the email you provided it said deliverable. Where is my wig and where is my money. I am contacting the Federal Trade Commission and Better Business Bureau if I do not get satisfied . I will give you until the end of the week. I will go on FB and everywhere else with receipts.

I know it’s only been a few days, but either way, I am not happy with the service.

I’ve ordered/made a purchase last Thursday so the 6th of June. Hoping that, if I order a day before weekend, that’ll speed up the process and arrive quicker. 2-3/4 business days, right?

Which is not the case.

I’ve sent a message on their website asking for updates (til this day) and I’ve been using their ‘track order’ but that’s no use. It still says “confirmed, Paid, Unshipped”. But why has it still not been shipped?

I still have not received a reply. You know when you just have a feeling somethings not quite right, that’s what I’m feeling.

Not sure how to take it. I just want consist communication, which was promised. Don’t advertise something and not give it. Very misleading.

This wig is so soft. It arrived within a decent time frame; would recommend to anyone

The wig cap was poorly constructed, the wig sheds alot and I have a feeling that the hair is not 100% human hair

The hair is beautiful and soft. Only complaint is that the knots do not bleach I even tried using 40 developer and nothing! It took an entire weekend to personalize this wig from putting makeup on the knots and plucking the part. Be aware it requires work before you can actually wear it.

Gorgeous Rihanna lace front Brazilian hair/ transparent w silk top. 5 stars to a show stopper omg! Stunning root coloring and ombré mixed blonde. I paid extra for the highest quality hair and I’m super satisfied. The silk top is bomb. The colorist is really well trained and it shows in is or her work!!! I recommend trying this company!!! Nothing but fabulous wigs one right after the other. Love them!!!!!

Very disappointed with this company so far, and I haven’t even received my wig yet. I placed my order beginning of March for a 30 day processing time as it is custom made. I contacted customer service as it still hadn’t been shipped and was told that it was actually going to take 40 working days to process + shipping time. He assured me multiple times he would contact the factory to get it done and shipped asap. As a cancer patient, I needed that wig for a certain date for a big event but unfortunately had to resort to a low quality one. It is now 45 days or so past, and still no shipping confirmation. I just contacted them again to find out that they won’t be back at work until May 4th, just before the weekend. Now I’m absolutely sure I won’t have my wig on time for my vacation on May 11th.. I am not impressed.

The unit is perfect almost right out of the package. I added a few highlights to the unit and I'm getting very good reviews from friends and family that it looks GREAT! I will order again, in a market that its hit or miss I am starting to trust Premier Lace Wigs as a go to for new units.

I ordered my full lace wig light yaki with a small cap. The cap is wrong it’s average or large, The hair is closer to a silky straight than yaki. The density should be 120 and it’s more like 150. The one good thing is that it’s a true black wig. The wig would be perfect if it was the way I ordered it. Disappointed.

My experience was horrible. I paid extra for the bleached knots service. When the unit arrived the roots of the hair was also bleached. I contacted the vendor right away to advise them that the unit’s knots where over bleached. They responded and told me that is how it’s supposed to be. I sent them video & photos showing the orange roots of the unit and they refused to admit the faulty work on their part. I was told to ship the unit back with my own money and they would only send me an unbleached unit and refund me the charge for the bleaching service. I didn’t feel respected or cared for as a new customer

I have got the best silk top wig ever bought. It"s now the second order that I have made, and I will never make the mistake to change, because I had very bad experience! Premier Lace is honest and make very good work. The hair is the best I ever had!!!!!!!!!!After a few bad experiences, I am so glad to have found here such a good quality, for a fair price. I personally can recommend everyone to choose Premier Lace and will order again, such a beautiful wig. Thank you so so much!!!!!!
