Today I had a query about my specialization courses and once again resolved with the advice given by fantastic team members of student support at Premief Global NASM
this morning.

Once again thank you Ross Bartup which resolved my queries efficiently!!!😊

Very disappointed

I have finished my course in July, I paid for it obviously , I called to the company to get my physical certificate, I texted the company several times but I still didn’t get it as I’m not getting any response from the company.

I’ve been contacted company three times already, two times they asked me my home adress but after providing my home adress they start to ignore me, what is absolutely unacceptable as I HAVE PAID for the course !

Very disappointing. Thankfully I didn’t take a huge course for big amount of money.

Avoid the company

Really good course with helpful content and support throughout. My tutor Suhail was great, he always had my assignments marked quickly and I really enjoyed his webinars.

worst ever company I have ever dealt with. I was on a level 3 personal training course. I qualified and became out of work because DW sports closed and covid hit. I kept paying for my qualification, but my certificate wasn't issued till I paid the balance. if i missed a payment I got constant harassment and threatening emails. talking all about final demand in breach of contract and I finally paid them off as a qualified personal trainer without a certificate they gave me a letter saying I can use this till I paid my balance now that I'm all paid up covid has finished and now they won't issue my certificate i contacted Active IQ and they said they don't have me on file so now there is no evidence that they registered me as a student. I paid 1500 pounds for nothing. worst ever company best thing ever is them closing useless staff pretend to be nice, but they fob you off for another week saying they will phone me and get me my certificate. and now they are closing I don't think they care at all. Who can I complain to for either my money back or my certificate? If anyone else has the same problem please join in on this pursuit, many voices are better than one. Without that certificate i can't get to work and I'm sure other people are in the same boat. THIS IS ONGOING IM STILL PHONING THEM EVERY WEEK. ONE STAR IS TOO GOOD FOR THESE LOT

Firstly, the information for learning was all there, but the course was unbelievably dense and repetitive. I was expected to take in and memorise more than I did for my doctorate in a year! So, as someone working full time with a family, I took my time, only to be hit with this message that its closing down and taking my money. Now I'm not getting a response to my emails and the phone number is taken down. this a scam?

Wayne Askin was an efficient, knowledgeable and supportive tutor for my L4 S&C Course.

Always responds the same day. Wants the best for you. Conducted regular support webinars so that you were clear on what to do.

I’m trying to buy a course of £349.50 but when I do Enrol now the price goes back to £699. I’m trying to get in contact with someone since the last 7days but no one answer me. Probably this is the only way to be contacted by someone

Overall I had a great experience training with Premier Global. There was always support available whenever I needed it and customer service was excellent. Also, wonderful successful coaching service and lots of help from my tutor Suhail Faghih whom I highly recommend.

The most unbelievable awful unsupportive company who are like sharks when comes to payments

I fell pregnant and despite serious health complications that hounded me daily with calls and threats about continuing the course and paying

I was unfit to do the course medically due to graves and baby having heart issues

Never once was I offered support just stress and housing from them for money

From NASM administrator team very helpful. I’m so happy of my overall experience, especially to my tutor Nikos fantastic customer service, very supportive, helpful and quick response to any help I need of my course. I am glad I've learned and gained some new tips and ideas of all the live webinars. Very useful.

Overall experience I can definitely highly recommended the NASM company and to my Tutor Nikos Skevis.

Paid £300 for course deposit, then the company closed. Emailed 20 times, phoned 20 times regarding a refund & not one person has got back to me. Incompetent company that has just stolen money from people.

I have just finished my Level 2 & Level 3 Personal Training course so very happy! Overall I enjoyed how easy and interesting it was to follow online, its a shame that they are closing as I was looking forward to adding to my qualifications and will now have to look else where! But my tutor Jo & everyone that held the classes were really good!

I'm very satisfied with the course and the support that I'm getting. The company announced that they are closing down three weeks into my course, but offered the option to continue until completion or receiving a refund. Their course content is excellent and the tutors are very knowledgeable and professional, so I have chosen to finish my multi course package with them. My tutor Jo has been great all along.

Really great tutor support on the NASM L3 Personal trainer course. Fast replies and clear concise objectives to complete

I was really keen to join up, however after multiple tries on the website, it kept telling me to contact the system administrator.
I had previously emailed to try and speak to an adviser but got no reply.
I tried to call the company and got no answer. I requested them call me through the website and got no answer.
Very bizarre, almost like they don’t need the business?!

I have had a great experience with Premier Global. I would recommend it to everyone that wants to become a PT. :)

Just finished my part 2 Gym Instructor course and had the pleasure of having Suhail as my Tutor. His teaching process is clear and down to earth and this made online seminars much more interesting. Suhail also helped me extend my finishing date due to illness. Carrying on now with Suhail to get my part 3 Personal Instructor qualification.

I signed up to do my level 3 pt got through the 1st 3 weeks to be told the company is closing down, I wasted 3 weeks of my life working my ass off for a qualification I'm now not convinced I'll get so I've had to enroll with another company and start from square 1 again waste of time 🤬🤬🤬

Recently purchased the Elite trainer course and start studying in June. I’m so excited to start the course. After I enquired about studying with Premier Global I received a call from Terrell Who is one of their Personal Trainers. He answered all of my questions and gave me a lot of information which helped me choose the course which was right for me. Would definitely recommend Premier Global from my experience with them so far.
