Acceptable experience but with friction . The shuttle to the cruise was fast. The shuttle back to my car was a little frustrating to wait 40 minutes but once they got here Everything went smoothly

There are no signs outside to say it’s Premier Parking, and no one was outside to assist me when i got there. Then when I got off my cruise they said they didn’t have my reservations

We are making another reservation now. Excellent. Only, they didn't leave the garage until 11, and we got there at 9:30.

Second time I have used PremierCruiseparking. They have been fair, honest, and competent. Easy pickup and dropoff. Drivers always courteous. Would definitely use them again!

We parked r car in the parking deck in Miami And went on a 7 days cruise and we came back r white. Miata had black places all over the trunk and had paper on it and place it looked like cups has been setting on it and boot prints and a table and chair setting behind it like they was using r car as a table I was not even sure it was my car at first because it never looks like that we took pics with r iPhone and called when we was setting there but they said they would call us back and they said there nothing they can do but send us 20 dollars to have it clean up and we said we will try that and see if the black places will come off but the scratches it will not take them off but they never send us the 20 dollars and they said they would contact us back but never did and it's been going on 4 months we have used this place everyone we go on a cruise but this is Ridiculous we pay for them to watch r car but we need to be watch the ppl running the place.

This is second time that I've used this parking and I will always very courteous to people and your parking lot is clean

We have used this service several times; and are very pleased with them. Really do like the new location (closer to the port). The attendants are always courteous and helpful. The drivers are excellent. We received exactly the type of service we expected.

Good service and price, nice garage, very friendly and helpful driver. Only issue was the amount of time (30 mins) for pick-up at cruiseport.

Second time using this place. The first one was an ok experience being that we had to wait a long while before the shuttle came to pick us up. When we went to park this time the unorganized attendant said they had no more covered parking. I was A little irritated at this. Then when we went down to the shuttle pick up, we found quite a few covered parking spots. I had to have my daughter stand and wait for me to get my car and park where I wanted. I felt so nervous after they saw what I did and gave me dirty looks, I took pictures of my car just in case.

This was easy to find very responsive and helpful staff. Pick up after the cruise was a breeze. I will always park here leaving Miami

Very close to cruise terminal. Can be confusing getting to garage. Needs bigger sign at garage entrance. Staff was courteous. Didn't wait long to get to terminal. Upon return. Wave the blue paper they give you in the air, so drivers can see it. They pick up on the terminal side, where the buses pick up, not the middle island where the ground people told us to go. This is our second time using them.
