Once we arrived at Primier Parking Garage, the parking of the auto and boarding the van was so efficient!!! No problems going or coming!!! Driver was respectful, helpful, mannerly and knowledgeable about Cruise Ship departures!! Also efficient in informing us about return information as it related to Premier!! Thank you so much and Happy New Year

Easy parking, would reccommend!!

Somewhat hard to find lot as it has moved from its previous location. Additionally, the pickup at the port was not well done. There is no 1 spot at Terminal C to wait for pickup. This means even if you arrived first for pickup if the van stops somewhere else, others that came later may get on the van and you may have to wait 20 minutes for the next one.
Strong points: car is in enclosed garage not in open; prices are very reasonable; drivers are friendly and helpful.

Good service, felt good leaving car at this location

Our experience was excellent for cost and service. However, the couple on the van with us waited for 40 minutes for the van to arrive. If we had to wait that long it would have been a 2 rating. 5 vans for 7 ships is not enough for good service.

Slight confusion on where to go once in the parking garage because the garage is used for many different businesses. Once we located them, they directed us to our spot and the line to get to the shuttle then ship went quickly. Our driver helped all of our family members and did our bags. We had a slightly longer wait time than we had preferred once returning but all in all it was a good company to go with. Reasonably priced too! Book sooner than later and you will score a better deal!

The garage is near to the cruise port. Because there were 9 cruise ships in port the day were were sailing it took 2 hours to get to the ship from the garage. The traffic was exceptionally heavy. Many people gave up and took a taxi to the port. Coming back the shuttle picked us up soon after we got to the curb so it took just a few minutes to get our car and head home.

Great Experience at all points
No problems with parking, company is organized and service is great. Shuttles are dependable, with friendly drivers. Just head out early when leaving the cruise because the port gets pretty packed with taxis and other shuttles. The drivers will orient you well on this.

They need to work something else out. Poorly managed. Took an hour to get on the shuttle to cruise port. Very long line.

Good operation. It appeared to be well run & structured.

We had no problems either when we left our car or when we picked it up. All the staff we met were really very helpful and very friendly.
Also the price was right.

Waiting inside the parking garage after parking our car, was a fiasco. When we entered the garage no one was there to tell us where to go, to pick up the van to the cruise dock. It was a scramble to get on. After the cruise we had to wait a very long time, again, for the van, with another scramble to get on. We will chose a different parking spot the next time. Thank you!!!!1

VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND FOR LACK OF SIGNAGE, ALL WENT WELL EXCEPT DRIVER DROPPED US OFF AT THE PORT WITHOUT A DOCUMENT WE WOULD NEED TO RETURN TO GET OUR CAR. HOWEVER, VICTOR TOOK IT IN STRIDE AND BROUGHT US BACK TO OUR VEHICLE. WELL WORTH THE PRICE AS WE PAID ABOUT $85 FOR A WEEK AND THIS PLACE NORMALLY CHARGES $288 FOR A WEEK. IT ALL WORKED OUT WELL AND PICKUPS AND DROP OFFS WENT TIMELY AND SMOOTHLY.

Had no problems. Truck was in good condition for a 5 day cruise, and when we returned Truck still in good condition.

Transport to the ship was not good. More than two hour wait for the van.
However the pickup from the ship was great. About 15 minutes...

45 minutes in a line up to park followed by a 2 hour wait for a shuttle behind 100 others waiting is not acceptable. Park is 1 mile from the pier. It took us 3 hours from entering the garage to arriving at the pier. Never again.

So far I have no complaints.I will keep using Premier Cruise Parking.

Excellent Service. Great Drivers. Will use them again on R next Cruise. Price is graet.
