If there were 10 stars you would get them!! Terry and Connor are the most efficient, reliable and polite that you could ask for. I recommend them to anyone. Thanks to you both for excellent inside and outside cleans. Terry even cleaned my mirrors. ...bobbee.
Absolutely awful man! He swore and screamed at me when he saw a Palestine flag in my kitchen. This was when I hired him to clean my windows. My children were at home and they were scared. He called me a terrorist and then as he screamed abuse at me, he took photos of my house, called us all c*nt and drove off! I've never experienced anything like this in my life! I was expecting to get my windows cleaned not such an aggressive, scary and unhinged man screaming at me and my children. I'm absolutely appalled. This man must be known to the police or mental health services. Totally unhinged and dangerous man!
This window cleaner has been soiling windows around Hastings, possibly to try and get more work for himself.
I will say if he goes and cleans the mess he made, giving himself an opportunity to show the quality of his work, I would be willing consider taking down the bad reviews taken down.
This guy is a very angry misogynist who has been radicalised by Zionism into believing the slaughter, starvation and collective punishment of a population of 2 million people is fair and just. He abused and harassed me and my friends for an hour, was extremely aggressive screaming in my face. AVOID
A representative of the company knocked on my door (I watched a recording from my doorbell camera) and, on receiving no answer, he threw a leaflet on the floor at my front door, despite there being a letterbox. A cleaning company that litters my property! Not very clean and not at all respectful. Avoid this company.
Andy’s attention to detail cannot be faulted, best car valet I have experienced, I would not hesitate to recommend Premier Clean & Andy
Not very good at all. Windows still dirty and just left. Felt rushed. Look elsewhere.

Hi Lisa
I have checked our worksheet today and can't find you on our list. Every job is guaranteed and we will always honour this. We leave a guarantee card on every job explaining this, so there there is zero risk for every customer. We won't take a penny off anyone if they aren't happy. Our reputation is worth far more than any amount a customer can pay us once.
I've had no direct communication from anyone this week, or last week, saying a poor job was done. Is it possible you have got the wrong Premier Clean ? Unfortunately for me, its a popular name. Please get in touch and I'll look into it. Contact details on website :www.premierclean.website
It seems a little unfair to leave a bad review before checking in with us 1st, if you are actually one of our customers. We have hundreds of 5 star reviews and this is the 1st bad review we've ever had. I will be contacting trust pilot to ascertain this is a genuine complaint.
It seems unlikely you're actually one of our customers but if you are please get in touch because if you're unhappy I'll make sure you're refunded and speak with my team.
Mark did an excellent job cleaning and clearing our gutter and cleaning the fascias
Very professional and left the area below spotlessly clean and tidy
He is also a very nice guy
Mark of Premier Clean did a excellent job of clearing/cleaning my gutters leaving everything spotless. Couldn't not have had a better job done.
Mark cleans my house windows and conservatory and have been using his services for a number of years. I am very satisfied with this cleaning service and would highly recommend Mark.
Premier Clean just completed a fantastic job of cleaning our large conservatory. Over 12 years old this is the first thorough external clean that has been done and it looks brand new. Super job! Premier Clean have been the regular window cleaner we have used for many years. Efficient and cost effective they are very professional.
