I have used them for more than 3 years and I can say they are super helpful when it comes to support and no matter the distance they will go above and beyond to help us in any issue we encountered while flashing. Their files are pretty awesome and I have flash Hundreds of vehicles and I had try several developers and when sh... hit the fan there’s no one better than this engineers at PCW Thank you for teaching us and always be our developers.

This is an OKAY place to get a quick DPF Job. If its a BMW, Audi etc no issue with DPF/EGR jobs.

However, if you want a "remap" for performance reasons I do not recommend them.

The "stage 1" and "stage 1+" maps are little more than percentage up jobs. I have used them to do a considerable amount of DPF jobs as its quick and easy. However on obscure marques like Honda Diesels their DPF solutions don't work.
As it cost no more to do a stage 1 and a dpf off I did both.

When I have compared the performance elements of the maps it is typically no more than torque limiter removal and scale up on every other map you can find. It looks like a 5% or 10% up job and certainly no real R&D has been invested in any of the maps.

Using the dyno I have found the gains to be far far less than advertised.

Pricing wise. It seems to change every 6 month. Initially the prices included VAT. Somehow they are still based in the UK and now apparently bill from the USA avoiding VAT. I am not certain what the VAT man will think of this when it catches up with them.
What that means is the price isn't as good as they make out as you cannot claim the VAT back. How legal that is I will leave up to you.

Would I recommend them?
If you want a hassle free way to remove a DPF/EGR from a diesel vehicle then go for it.

If you want performance remaps, they aren't the place.

Update:
Since posting this review they have contacted me and informed me I am banned me from their service. Apparently I have accessed their service in some manner which the object which is news to me!
So moral of the story: Avoid this place if you want to deal with professionals.
