Do not buy from this company...

I have had the most unhelpful experience from this company. So much so that I may complain at a higher level.
I bought some of their probiotics after seeing many positive testimonials.. yes, I fell for marketing yet again. I have had IBS for many years and have spent a fortune on various things over the years. I bought some of their probiotics via their shop on Amazon.co.uk. The reason I purchased them via Amazon is simply because as a subscriber, I don't have to pay for postage. After 5 days of taking them I have had extreme bloating and pain in my gut. I wanted to contact them in order to find out from someone who was not a sales person, whether this is normal when starting them. I stated that I would welcome some feedback from someone who was qualified and not just reading from a script. I had a terrible response from someone saying that as I had not bought them from thier website (even though they have a shop on Amazon) they could not help me. It was not even polite or professional. Which made me realise it was yet again disgusting customer service probably cheap labour and someone who simply could not be bothered. I wish I had done more research into the actually company before buying the product. I really do wish that there was an ombudsman who could look into how people are being ripped off by online companies... all of them. When it comes to ingesting a supplement, there should be some kind of support to protect people from possible illness. I am not someone who will be fobbed off by this disgraceful experience and I will take things further.. giving them bad press if needs be. I am sick and tired of all of us having to deal with this kind of dishonest and disreputable behaviour from online businesses.

Customer Disservice at its best!

I tried to order a product on their website during what they described as Cyber Monday , advertised as ‘buy 1 get 1 free’. At the checkout the product came up as twice the price. So, buy 2, pay for 2. I tried several times clicking through the BOGOF tag only to end up at the checkout with no discount whatsoever.

I contacted Precision Biotics and I quote here their response:

Avoid this company if you don’t want to…

Avoid this company if you don’t want to lose 100s of £££
I inadvertently over ordered some of their supplements which they overcharged me for but no one will admit to.
I returned the order for a refund which we are still waiting for despite getting proof of delivery from the post office. They owe us £148 plus postage and despite chasing we’ve heard nothing.

Bad customer services - the score is justified

I had used the company for some time happily. However, I signed on to repeat order and they triplicated my order - so I received 3 lots of 3 months products - and was charged 3 times. When I commented, there was not offer to resolve this/refund (quite expensive unexpected outgoing in a month), but rather an accusation I had multiple accounts - and I don't. I am pretty good with IT and I know this is their fault. I have been slow with the email trail as I have had a lot on at work, but never has this got near an apology or offer to sort it out. Overall, I think the customer service is very, very poor. I have used the product for around 12 months and I can't tell you if it is good or bad - nothing much seems to have changed to be honest - but with my 9 month supply, then another 3 months worth arriving, plus terrible customer service, I am several £100s in and pretty committed to the next 12 months - then, never again!

Shockingly bad customer service

Terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service.
We have been a customer for some time. Recently I noticed we seem to have a surplus of tablets with one box still unopened. I saw on the website and option to edit your membership, but this just leads you round in circles. I emailed customer service to ask to amend the next deliver date of tablets to the beginning of February to allow us to use the tablets we already have in. I was told it’s not possible, and so advised I would cancel my subscription if this couldn’t be changed. I then received an automatic email telling me my subscription had been cancelled. Well done, you’ve lost a long standing customer. I’ll be sure to feedback o our paediatrician so they don’t continue to recommend your company to other patients

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Telephone number on UK website doesn’t work. There isn’t a link to ‘live chat’ as promised. Irish telephone number goes to an answering machine and they don’t call you back. I made a mistake with my order and tried everything I could to rectify before it was sent out but that proved impossible which means I will have to return if I can find out how to do that.

Zenflore and Alflorex…

I’ve been taking zenflore and Alflorex since wanting to do something about fatigue and brain fog. No side effects for me so far, definately feeling a lot better with regards to tiredness and general wellness. It’s still early days so hard to tell whether it’s this or other changes I’ve made but going to keep going as so far so good for me.

Alflorex Review

I purchased alflorex after reading some amazing reviews , although I had seen some not so good reviews too I thought the good outweighed the bad so I said I would give it a go . After day 2 I started to experience extreme stomach cramps gas and diarrhea . I know it states you can expect some mild changes at the beginning and stick with it , but this was so unbearable I couldn’t even stand up right with the pains. I discontinued taking the probiotic and it has taken 5 days for the cramps to ease and diarrhea to subside. I would just advise anyone who is looking it to taking Alflorex to be careful and just ensure you really need a probiotic . Sometimes what works for others is not going to work for you . I just wanted to give an honest review for those who also may be experiencing the same symptoms and wondering is Alflorex or something else. I also reached out to the customer care team via live chat who were helpful but said they would pass my concerns onto a medical member of the team as they would better advise . It’s been 3 days and I still have not heard from them . So overall I was not happy with the service as I really wanted some reassurance.

Alflorex Dual Action - Has worked wonders

I had taken the normal Alflorex before, but since seeing this new product, Dual Action, for stress/anxiety as well as IBS symptoms, it has been a game changer. I have always struggled with stress, and find my IBS really flares up during stressful times, so this really appealed to me to combat both. I have been taking this product for a month now, and have seen such an improvement in not just my IBS symptoms, but also how I manage my stress, and my motivation levels. It is such a great product, and I have felt such differences since taking it!

I ordered over 4 months ago on 24 Feb. Goods never arrived and I am still waiting for a refund of the £98.99 paid. After 2 months of exchanging emails they SAID they had refunded to my card. 2 months later NO REFUND has come. I have all the emails and all the promises and excuses. I view this as fraud which I can prove. I know they can't prove the goods arrived because they didn't send them tracked and anyway they admitted by email that they weren't sent out because of a transfer of business to a UK company which I'm guessing happened that day.
Precision Biotics: I am not going away. You have stolen my money. I intend to get it back and meanwhile I will do all in my power to warn others about you.
WARNING: Do not buy from this company online.
So now, they have responded to this reviee after almost 6 months since paying them.
I still do not have the refund but they have apologised and want me to phone them, wait for a person to answer, tell them this story and get a discount from another order.
I'm utterly speechless. It's only pure luck I'm wealthy enough to finance their incompetence. My credit card company are satisfied I have proved an excellent case against them but they are still awaiting recovery of the funds.

New heights on total incompetence.

Have used this Company and it's product for a couple of years with great results following Pneumonia and my lung collapsing, the tablets really helped my gut which was severely impaired due to the illness and still is today. However. Since they have moved over to this new system, it obviously isn't working. Times I have received TWO deliveries of my tablets, one from Ireland and one from Manchester and regularly went overdrawn due to their incompetence. So. I cancelled. Everything. Guess what? Yes, yet again I have received notification that my delivery is with Royal Mail!! How???? I have cancelled my subscriptions (which I didn't know I had!) Do not use the Company, their incompetence is off the scale, you can still purchase the products via ebay, Amazon, etc.

Outrageous

Can't review - neer received my order. When they eventually deided to respond, the cheeky buggers said they had put me on back order until the end of May - having taken payment on 1 March - because they were redesigning the packaging.
So I cancelled.

Shocking service

When you become reliant on such a product and your results are based on taking it consistently surely Precision Biotics need to appreciate that receiving it within a few days should be a priority? Great product, I have been using for a couple of years BUT absolutely shocking order and delivery service for the past 6 months. You will pay for your product, 2 weeks later no delivery. If you call them you will be told that they have changed systems and can't see any orders processed on the website. How can the Customer service team function for so long without being able to see orders? Why are they allowing orders to be taken? If you like the product, order from a company who will deliver!

Poor service from Precision Biotics

False advertising re postage. Phone number on website doesn't work. They take 5 days to reply to emails and 14 days after receiving payment to actually dispatch the item.
Can't comment on the product yet but the customer service from Precision Biotics is poor and I won't be using them again

terrible customer service with no means of tracking orders

I have tried calling and spent over 90 minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone. It eventually gave me an option to leave a message by pressing 1, but when I did that it just took me to a survey and then terminated the call. Your mechanisms for customer service are absolutely atrocious. I have sent 2 emails asking where my £50 order is, no response.
