I had a fantastic experience with Precious Metal. I was quite unsure about buying a car I hadn’t viewed in person, but Mat was brilliant from start to finish. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable — without ever being pushy, which I really appreciated.
I live in Scotland and they’re based in Wakefield, but they arranged delivery for a very reasonable price which made the whole process so much easier.
The car itself was absolutely immaculate when it arrived — even better than I expected. It was delivered by Iso, who was also really friendly and took the time to show me around the car and explain how everything worked.
Overall, such a smooth and positive experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Precious Metal to anyone considering buying a car from them.

Really inforced going independant
Chris and and Mat really inforced going with an independant family ran dealership, they were a very friendly and helpful duo.
They gave me a good deal on my part exchange and did a good speedy turn around too.
Drove an hour to get to them but I would definitely recommend these to others.

I have been driving for over 50 years and I can honestly say Precious Metal are the best car dealers I have ever know. Their customer service is second to none. Fabulous Service from Start to Finish
An excellent experience buying our car from Precious Metal. Matt and Chris were brillant - friendly and professional. Every step was swift, clear and completely stress free making the process a pleasure. The larger car companies would learn a thing or two from these for customer experience and service.
The car was exactly as described, so much so it took minutes to decide we were buying and within the hour we were driving our new car home.

What a smashing little garage
What a smashing little garage, nothing was too much trouble. Chris spent time with us and showed us the cars we wanted to look at.
We ordered on Saturday and it was delivered on Wednesday all lovely and shiny.
Will definitely recommend.

Brilliant from start to finish, car buying can be a right pain but Mat and Chris made it so easy. Loads of explanation about what was going to happen, why and when and what next. So friendly, the car is fantastic and at a great price. Cannot recommend highly enough.

The most friendly and honest couple of guys
Mat and Chris were so helpful, friendly and most of all honest, no pressure at all to purchase, I left a deposit and even after a week of me unable
To decide if it was the right car they still didn’t hassle me to make a decision, they knew there were a couple of extras that I wanted on the car and they went above and beyond to make it the perfect car 👌I would highly reccomend them to all my friends and family. I will definitely be buying from them again. It certainly made buying a car a far nicer experience than I have had before with the bigger car showrooms.

We recently purchased a Jaguar E Pace from Precious Metal and was looked after by Mat. From start to finish the buying experience was very personal, Mat made us feel very welcome and we felt at ease from the get go. The vehicle and it's history was explained at length and we were able to test drive before buying. We had a curtesy vehicle from another company that needed to be returned before collecting our new Jaguar... without any fuss Mat suggested he collect us from the other garage and bring us for our new car (first class service) Our experience at most vehicle companies is that they are too big with too many 'sales' staff not really caring about you or tailoring the vehicle and package to suit you - Precious Metal is completely different... go try them! The whole process of buying a new car was provided with professionalism, curtesy and clear explanations by Mat at Precious Metal. The service was superb and delivered with kindness and a superb knowledge of the vehicle. We appreciated the “no hard sell “ approach and didn’t feel rushed or pressured . I am over the moon with my new Range Rover and the warranty included with the purchase . The test drive route was excellent and the paperwork and information was thorough . Amazing from start to finish
We had an amazing experience from start to finish.
Mat really looked after us and was so friendly. Right from our arrival to the purchase, there was no pressure at all.
My wife doesn't drive, but at no point did she feel excluded from the process. Mat was always on hand and made sure everything ran smoothly. We are more than happy to recommend them.

From just having a look around, the test drive and the sale of the vehicle were second to none.
