we bought a fire from these guys and from start to finish the service has been amazing. Lee was extremely helpful on the phone the execution of the sale went swimmingly and came in cheaper than anywhere else that we had found. Even the delivery was fabulous. they called ahead of time to say it was almost here and delivery driver was very pleasant. would definitely recommend. now just to finish our media wall and get it installed. Thank you Pre Built Media Walls for that rare excellence these days.

I have the 60inch media wall fire it looks amazing there was so much that came with it luxury logs another set of logs and crystals of all shapes and sizes so many options to suit your own taste.

Looks amazing has transformed the room. Installation quick and easy and guys doing the job very professional and polite. Highly recommended

The install went great. The guys worked cleanly and kept me up to date throughout the process checking I was happy.
It’s the focal point of the lounge and it’s always the first thing that’s commented on.
It’s been installed over 2 months now and the quality is amazing, no issues.

Really happy to have chosen Pre-Built Media walls. I wanted a no mess, quick Media wall solution that looked great, I certainly received this! The team were knowledgeable and great to deal with, nothing was too much trouble. The media wall is very well built and looks great, it has definitely exceeded my expectations. The installation team could not have been any more helpful and had the media wall in place with no disruption whatsoever, the end result is fantastic and exactly what we wanted, I’m glad a found these guys whilst looking at fully bespoke and other options out there. Ordered the 50inch fire which was out of stock but managed to source one for me as we had builders starting work also a slight problem which was fixed straight away very good communication would highly recommend the fire is fab

Great customer service who refunded me immediately as they could not deliver as they were changing their materials and suppliers, open and honest. But sadly no one ever called me back to discuss the installation of a new prebuilt media wall leaving me with nothing.
