CONMEN FRAUDSTERS AND SCAMMERS! Contacted me out the blue claiming we owned their client and them over £1,500 and threatened me with court action. But they were "happy" to receive just £750 of it and "can set up a payment plan". THEY'RE IN ON THE SCAM! And when I explaining both over the phone and with proof in email that their client were crooks and had gained the contract via illegal and fraudulent methods they still did nothing. So they are in cahoots with them clearly which makes them just as bad if not worse and are the ones directly threatening you to PAY UP!

They work for a shady company called Energy Services (who in fact made the scam call to me from another shady company called Gamma Telecoms Holdings) and what they do is call you and claim to be calling from your actual energy provider and scare you into signing a new energy contract because "energy prices are going up 300% this week" and "you're out of contract soon and if you aren't in contract you get charged 10x more" etc... the docusign they then send over seems and looks legit and has your energy provider stamped on it so it looks like it is indeed them. Yet it turns out they are in fact "brokers" working on commission and earn loads out of getting you to e-sign the form. The worst part is they actively target companies/people (I run a small business by myself and this is in relation to the commercial property I rent) that are already signed up long term on an auto renew contract (again something which isnt made clear to you) so that they can get your to sign a contact that actually cant proceed therefore giving them the ability to use this hellhole of a debt collectors to then claim the loss of earnings from said contract!

However, even with evidence to prove the caller claimed to be calling from Yu Energy (my actual energy provider) which is an illegal act, and having edited and modified the voice call (including cutting over half of it) which is another illegal act these scummers still are pursuing me for this money which makes them just as bad in my eyes!

Our club had trouble trying to sort out a problem. This went on for several months and I hadn’t been involved at the beginning but it was becoming increasingly difficult for the people to sort this out. I took over and called PreAction and I spoke to Jasmine. Jasmine sorted our problem out. I thanked her for all her help and patience she had given to us over the last few months. She was so helpful and really pleasant. Would recommend her.

Our experience with this scam company.they to try and extract money from people on verbal contract failure from 2 years ago and try’s to get you to pay £750 under the threat of taking you to court for more money. I did google this situation and hundreds of people have had the same thing happen. Disgraceful behaviour and just vile people. Corporate crooks

I have given this review five stars because the problem I had came along totally unexpected but when Jasmine contacted me I won't lie I was shocked but it wasn't long before me and Jasmine worked things out and came up with a deal it did obviously mean I had to part with some money but when I realised the error of my ways Jasmine made the whole job a lot more acceptable and we ended up having quite a good working relationship

Obviously i was shocked to receive an email concerning something i knew nothing about, Matt engaged with me professionally, listened to me and resolved the issue. He was so professional.

Amanda , the lady I dealt with, was so helpful and explained patiently and simply the error I had unknowingly made . She rang when she had arranged to and answered my emails promptly. A credit to your company

Rachael contacted me regarding a loss of claims notice . Fortunately I have all the information she needed to shut the claim down which is rare but I had all the written work to process that . Rachael was honest professional and true to her word in all aspects but above all made me feel at ease in a very stressful situation. She kept me updated and confirmed everything professionally. Her customer service skills were top notch which is a rarity these days . Thankyou for sorting this process fairly , quickly and with care .

Brokers for energy was claiming over 7k for losses of contract not going live
We were shocked and called Preaction
Amanda listened patiently with compassion and completely unbiased. She explained exactly how the brokers work and while they can legally claim against businesses it often is very unfair. She talked through our options and suggested that we email her proof of our payments of electricity to our landlord. Next day she rang to say that she had managed to get her clients to close the case. Cannot express our gratitude enough they really are there to help both sides. Excellent company!!!

Rachel was acting for a utility broker Commercial Utility Support Services who were claiming in excess of £ 6.000.00 lost commission on a fraudulent contract for electricity, The agents fabricated an email trail and forged my E sign. We worked out it would take 612 years to consume the kwh claimed. Rachel was very professional to deal with and quite rightly needed proof of our defense, all of which we could provide .They dropped the case 2 weeks before taking us to court. I hope this will not happen to anyone else. Perhaps Jeremy Vine could expose these practices.

Sean has been a huge help with our business planning and how we approach things day to day. He helped me step back, get clear on what really matters, and build a plan that’s simple and realistic to put into action. Since making those changes, we’ve already seen a 50% increase in revenue.

These are the type of companies that need investigating in this country absolutely disgusting threatening behaviour towards 70 year old women should be ashamed of themselves will be speaking to local councils to get these under investigation.

Emma contacted me Friday afternoon and explained the situation. We provided her with the proof that were not in the wrong and do not owe the money.
Emma said she would contact us Tuesday with an update. Monday morning we had contact saying it was all sorted and no proceedings needed.
Emma was very understanding and listened to our side of the story. I am only a one man band with a small business and I felt it would finish my dreams off. Thank you for being so professional.

My contact with Lindsay was made more comfortable by her sympathetic approach to what was a stressful episode for me and my Bowls Club. A simple and innocent error on my part caused issues but we resolved the matter in what was a decent negotiation with Lindsay.
