Ordered from Pramsy August 2025, a Bugaboo Donkey 5 Twin complete set, had my twins in January, went to get the seat fabric out to find they had in only sent me one, i have sent emails, tried calling, used the online chat and i’m getting no response. I shouldn’t have to buy a new seat fabric for £300 when i spend £1700 on a complete set.
I never leave online reviews, but must say this was the best customer service I encountered. Christina (apologies if I got the spelling wrong) has been incredibly helpful and patient. Thanks to her, we have received replacement wheels plus a free gift from Bugaboo. Thank you for the excellent experience. Christina should get a raise!
Bought our beautiful Bugaboo Fox5 in Noir from Pramsy, arrived next day with DPD! I enquired with Pramsy prior of buying and all my questions has been answered and I was confident to make a purchase as the pram suited our lifestyle and needs. Could not fault ! Thank you.
Amazing service from start to finish.
I had so many questions, about which stroller to purchase and no question was to much trouble. This company is really knowledgeable and friendly. When I ordered I was updated with full tracking, and when I needed a bit of help after, when I struggled fitting an accessory I purchased Kristina talked me through it over the phone.
Such a lovely pleasant experience with personal service.
So impressed I will recommend my sister comes here to buy when she is expecting her ne t child.

I would avoid Pramsy and I regret purchasing from them - big mistake. Purchased a Bugaboo Butterfly and the button stopped working after 4 days of use - video was sent showing this but they are saying I need to contact Bugaboo, so theyre basically fobbing me off to the manufacturer after 4 days of use, not sure what more to evidence I can provide. Really disappointing as Im now left with an expensive Pram, should be offered a free refund as per Consumer Law but retailer refusing.

The video you provided was forwarded to Bugaboo’s service team, where their product specialist reviewed it. The feedback we received was that the video was unclear and that the issue you described appears to be a user error.
To clarify, when folding the buggy, you need to apply a bit of pressure to the button, but in the video, it appears that the button was barely touched.
Additionally, we offered you the option to send in or bring your buggy to our store for assessment, but unfortunately, this offer was ignored. Instead, we have noticed that you left us a 1-star review.
We truly value our customers and aim to provide the best service possible, but resolving these issues requires cooperation from both sides. If you still wish to proceed, please let us know, and we will gladly assist further.
Bought quite a few prams and ton of accessories from Pramsy, it is always super fast delivery and owner is always on hand to give advice.

Ordered a bugaboo Donkey 5 twin, cheapest out of other stockists, had an email to say my order had been received and another email to say it was ready for dispatch. Delivered by DPD after 4 working days and had a 1 hour time slot. Pram in perfect condition, would definitely recommend ordering from them again 👍🏻
I couldn’t fault the service from Pramsy. They were really responsive to my queries and took the time to go through all of the options. They are very knowledgeable about their products and their prams are really well priced. Would highly recommend.
Tryed them out as my mum recommended them and they helped me chose a pram right for me and I got quite a fast response.

Didn’t reply to two emails I sent with enquiries, on separate occasions. So decided to spend £1300 elsewhere.
