This is nothing but a scam. No refund. Nice website to fool people. It took over 1 month to arrive from China and not Australia. Box has Chinese written on it. Poor quality and not the same as photos indicate.
Folks, please stay away from this scam.
The positive reviews are from the company themselves.

Scam scam scam.....Don't order it's a scam paid £129.00 and received a dog tooth brush. Have reported to trading standards, and anyone else that needs to know about this scam company. Name on statement is SP SIK WHIP. Can't let them get away with it.

SCAM! DO NOT ORDER from here. Scam shop. I still haven't recieved any items I ordered and it's been months. They stop responding to your emails once you realise it's a scam. Website looks proper but AVOID at all costs. The name that comes up on your statement is MRS H AMIN.

Update 11/11/23- I never received my order or dispatch I got a refund through the bank, they've never even contacted me to try explain what's happened, avoid at all costs you won't ever receive your order, save yourself the stress and order elsewhere.

I ordered back on 19th September and have had absolutely nothing to say my pram was being sent. They haven't replied to any of my emails. This company is a joke and you will not receive your order!!! I'm not in the process of reporting them and disputing through the bank!!

Ok, I ordered a travel system on the 22nd Sept. I received two emails confirming the order and stating that the order was ready for dispatch. Then nothing. After receiving nil response to a number of emails and phone calls, I lodged a dispute with my bank and sent a further email advising the company that I had raised this dispute. A couple of days later, I received a response, apologising for the delay, brought about by a change of warehouse, and advising the order would be dispatched shortly. They duly sent me a tracking number and my complete order arrived today. It proved not to be a scam but they really need to work on their communication or lack of it.

I bought £100 worth of products from this site which haven’t arrived and they’ve not answered the phone or any of my emails. I did a bank transfer so not sure what to do!

Don’t buy from them!

Awful orderd a pram two months ago , no communication won't provide a contact number to speak to someone, said pram would be here the fourth but spoke to the manufacturer of the pram who has confirmed the pram can't be dispatched as they haven't received any payment and there is problems on there account with pram stores any until the sort they can't dispatch my pram or nothing , so I'm due an stuck with no pram and they still Don't respond to any email

POOR service absolute joke ordered a pram wheel weeks and weeks ago heard nothing can’t get in touch with the store have tried ringing it’s not even a real number. Emailed nothing back do not buy from them!!

This is a scam company, and the good reviews are fake (written by the scammers). We are £100 down.

I ordered a high chair from this company about a month ago ive had one email saying its been shipped no tracking number I have emailed them with no response I have never recieved the highchair or money back very poor service never again will I use their site will need to contact my bank to investigate for a refund 😡

I ordered Vennicci gusto pram rear wheels on 1 September 2023. After not receiving any confirmation, I emailed them and phoned and no answer whatsoever. At this point I don't know whether they are processing my order or not, neither when and if my order is going to arrive.

Poor service.

Ordered a car seat and had to continually chase for an update. It was only once I had added this review, one on google and opened a case on PayPal (my payment method) that the item was dispatched to DPD for next day delivery. May have been a coincidence but the item has arrived.

I just felt like service and experience received isn’t as good as other companies. I shouldn’t have to chase for delivery.

Placed an order on 7 August for an infant car seat insert (£15) and a plush spiral toy (£6.99), delivery charge was £6.99 too. The next day I got a notification from my bank that I had been refunded £6.99 which I was confused at as I had no email confirmation of the purchase and no information regarding a refund. I sent an email through the website and got a response within an hour informing me that the plush toy was out of stock but the car seat insert had been dispatched and should be with me in a few days. So far, customer service seemed quick and helpful. 1 week past (14 August) and my item had not been delivered, I sent an email back to the email that I received regarding the refund and asked politely for tracking information as had not received the item. Fast forward another week (21 August) and no response, no item, nothing. I sent another email through the contact us section on the website, I still had no email regarding order confirmation but had the proof from my bank that the payment was made etc. In the message I requested a refund as unhappy that 2 weeks past since being told the item was dispatched and still nothing had arrived and within 12 hours, I had a notification from my bank to say a refund was being processed to my account.

I'd like to point out that my online account did not even show my order but I still got an email to say the order was refunded. I have had no email informing what happened but to me it looks like there was a lie regarding the apparent dispatch of the item and had I not messaged requesting a refund, I think this lady would still have my money and have all intentions of keeping the money but not delivering the item.

Definitely a SCAM site and I'd strongly advise to steer clear. I usually do some research on website legitimacy if there's anything odd but this one looked the part. Also, in my local town there is a Pram Stores shop which is where I thought I was ordering from, turns out that website is .co.uk and this one is .com. Please be aware of this for future!!

P.s, the mobile number on the website is constantly going straight to voicemail. Red Flags everywhere!!

Avoid this company money taken no items delivered they should be investigated.

Ordered pram 13th July payment took on brother credit card.sent various emails to them.they replied twice.once to say had order.once to say where it was getting delivered and to say next week.despite sending various emails about it and not getting reply.even rang 16 times between 17th July and 1st August.only got to speak to a person once.they told me couldn't hear me send email.I did.all other calls went to a full voicemail.asked on several occasions to cancel order and refund to my brother card but have not had any response.have now took matter to credit card company.we ordered same pram from boots on 31st July and got it today 3rd August.this company are rubbish and would not recommend anybody to have anything to do with them.my brother is having to wait 60 days to see if gets money back.this is incase the firm disputes it.what a load of rubbish they are.as the saying goes buyer beware.payment was not even in name of pramstores but in name of an individual person which I found strange.

Easy to order and had what I needed in stock. I ended up ordering extra things from the store. Quick delivery and good quality products for my kids. Thank you!

I recieved my pram today after ordering it sunday evening thanks so much

customer service leaves much to be desired. I barely answer the phone, but I received my package on time, I wouldn't order again because they don't seem reliable.

I ordered a Venicci rear right wheel for my grandchild pram on the 25th June 2023. Got told from Pramstores the item is dispatched, I still not have received it, now its 10th July. Tried to contact Pramstores in various ways for update but with no reply. I personally think that this company is trading illegally, and would be interested on knowing otherwise. Unhappy customer
