To have a consultation, that was precise, explained in a manner that was very informative but not in anyway confusing, and in a very kind way, offered me peace of mind, was lovely.
It would be rude of me to not mention the 2 female staff members that were on reception today. Both were very respectful,receptive and professional, and this interaction instantly made me feel at ease.
All in all a 5 star experience today in Gillingham.

Amazing support
Well, Where can I start. Firstly, clean, crisp looking environment with super friendly, professional support from the start.
My dad has just passed within the last weekand my mums appointment today was greatly aided by front of house, reception staff they were the clear, concise and helped my mum.
During this time, another staff member, Caroline, noticed I was struggling with my dad's loss and supported me with care and lent me her ears while I was very emotional. We shared stories until I was able to smile again.
Caroline provided onward guidance and support and a warm drink to calm and soothe me further.

Sandra and Kelly the nurses were lovely, the doctor performing the endoscopy was so nice, all the theatre team too.

Star treatment
I had a procedure here today and was a bit worried however the whole exam was amazing. The nurses were super professional and caring. They put me at ease and looked after me. I would highly recommend it here. 1st class treatment

Outstanding experience
Every single member of staff I spoke to was so warm and welcoming,from the reception,the nurses and right to the surgical team. They all made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. Whole clinic was clean and fresh. Thank you all so much.

Great hospita
I’ve recently had cataract surgery at Practice Plus Group innGillingham.I think everyone is nervous and worried. After all it’s our precious eyes, being operated on. I was much more relaxed for my second op. From the pre-op assessment through to the second op, the staff were fantastic. Everyone is so friendly. Helping to put you at ease. Massimo ( The surgeon) was very friendly and efficient. I wish I could remember all the names.i had different teams for the two appointments. They were all great friendly and chatty. Vicky on reception went the extra mile getting my second appointment booked in, as I needed it fitted Inbetween other hospital appointments and when Massimo was working. I rung a couple of times with a couple of concerns. Again they were so helpful, putting my mind at rest, Nothing is too much trouble.

Start to finish
From my first meeting to getting the op was quick. Everyone is friendly and caring. In the theatre they explain everything from start to finish. Made sure I was ok the whole time . Well done to everybody great place to go

I was looked after very well from start to finish
I was looked after very well from start to finish by all of the staff who looked after me and had everything explained after the procedure about possible problems and what I should do if anything should occur.
