Would not recommend based on my experience
I was assigned this conveyancer through a referral service. Provided the requested checks and documents and paid the £400 fee immediately. After several calls to my mortgage lender, who also tried to contact PPS to no avail, it eventually turned out that PPS was not on the panel of my mortgage lender, despite having told the referral service that they are.
Asked for a refund of my £400, which PPS said they would get organised "straightaway". After a week of inaction, I sent a chaser email, and finally received the refund. No reply, no apologies - just saw the sum on my account when I logged in to check.
Succinct 1 or 2-sentence replies throughout, when they eventually did arrive. No apologies at any point for providing incorrect information and wasting everyone's time.
