I had no previous experience in the matter Poyntons were handling for me, however I found them to be efficient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They put us at ease and really made the process so simple and straightforward. Special mention to Megan who was super helpful and patient!!

Generally this company was fairly good. Over the phone and by email they were efficient and pleasant. They did need chasing by our broker but that was due to the solicitor they sent out to do the paperwork. Bearing in mind most folks who take out equity release are in an older age group the solicitor that came felt very unprofessional. He was rushed, garrulous and seemed intent on getting in his car and going home. He couldn't even wait for the printer to finish a document he required. He also said people had complained about his dress. We would say the same. Scruffy.

We used Poyntons Law to see us through a verycomplicated Equity Release process on our part.
Meg Williams dealt with this and from Day 1 she was always polite,helpful,pleasant and completely proactive and professional.
