I ordered the asteriod goggles and they've kept up with me the entire 2025 season. (Roughly 23 days of snowboarding done.)
Shipping to Australia was relatively quick only taking 2 weeks and I was given sufficient tracking information and such to experience a smooth transit delivery.

Horrible customer service.
When I tried to checkout with Debit, it kept giving me erorrs.
I sent out multiple emails and tried to contact them multiple times to inquire about the error and to ask about their goggles through their message system to no avail and eventually had to resort to using a different payment method.
Ski Goggles that I bought are pretty good and are high quality, but beware the customer service is bad.

Wrong description. Dishonest refund policy. Another order placed. Got the wrong goggles.
After some pressure, they sent the correct goggles and extra lens free of charge. The goggles are very nice.

UPDATE, I've changed my rating to a solid 5 stars!
In short: Powster has been a great company to purchase from, and the Snow Goggles I've received are very good (as anticipated)
Would (and will) definitely recommend to others.

Long version: I had a problem with initially getting the product and reached out to the Powster team. They were very helpful, friendly, and offered to immediately resolve the shipping issues. There was a slight delay to which I wrongfully assumed that I had been scammed. However, the company held up to all the help and promises it made, and when it comes to the goggles itself, I'm very pleased!
As mentioned above, highly recommend. Company is great and, in my case, the Snowboard Goggles are really good.

AMAZING QUALITY AND DESIGN
Loved it. So satisfied with my order. The design is beautifull and quality is very very good. Sizing for girl is a bit big.

I received the glasses yesterday and even though they were not my first choice, they are really great. They are just as good as Oakley, Smith and the other major brands. They are excellent quality, packaging was awesome, sturdy and very professional. The only reason why I didn't give you five stars is you should let your customers know ahead of ordering what models are available and which ones are not. Having said that, I would recommend these and your company to anyone looking for new glasses, excellent product(s). I might even order my original first choice when they become available. Thank you.

Shipping and customer service was absolutely terrible. Even when paying the extra free for express. I don’t even want to get started about the customer service… there was so service AT ALL. Hopefully the product itself is good

I ordered ski goggles that are supposed to fit over prescription eyeglasses. The goggles did not fit at all. I have been attempting to contact this company through various means without any reply. Website chat? No reply. Website contact form? No reply. E-mail? No reply. Facebook Messenger? No reply. There is no phone number and no address on their website. There is no information about where they are located. I think this is a Chinese scam of some kind and should probably change my credit card number.
