I was surprised how good were the meals, I think I wasn't expecting that level of quality from frozen meals. Highly recommend the brand :)
The only comment would be that they add a bit more variety and protein or grains to make the meals even more filling but, still they are great!

Lovely fresh great tasting quality food on the go. Perfect when I haven’t got time or supplies to cook a meal but still want something home cooked and tasty which is full of goodness. Have used for a number of years and always great food and service. Would highly recommend

Wow! The meals taste incredible, with such a busy working lifestyle I find that I neglect making time for eating well and these meals have effortlessly slotted into my life! Not to mention how amazing they taste! Highly recommend

Excellent and better then expected just ordered another week

I’m recuperating at home and found the soups really delicious. As they’re the only food I’m allowed to eat at the moment it’s important that they’re full of flavour (they are)

Excellent products so far, and i have reordered, took me ages to find a ready meal company that uses quality ingredients.
Always have some in the freezer.

I think you should have a mid point where contents should be stirred to ensure consistent heating throughout
Reduce your food content and reduce price or have two separate menu’s

Great fresh food

Loved the variety of choice

First order quickly arrived and so I am working my way through the meals. Absolutely delicious. The bast (so far) is the lamb kofta meat balls. Superb. But all are great so easy to cook. 10 mins in the microwave. And a good thing for me is the meals are dairy and gluten free. I highly recommend POW.

I have complained about not getting my
10% of my order because you can’t
Contact any one and cancelled it
And my subscription but they have charged me £80.78 for a meal they say

It was powfood.co.uk and replied to what you sent me if you find the emails i send or give me be the correct email address I will foward them to you in the email I have said the food was very good so no complaints there it was saying you get 10% off so I could not confirm my order because the code did not work you can send my order as the money has already gone through my bank .

I am having problems communicating and placing my orders. I have now paid for another order without confirmation
or communication.
I find it personally very distressing and frustrating at the lack of communication and being able to communicate.
Not at all professional and gives me no confidence to continue with this process, along with the real concern as my money already paid!!

We had the vegan options. Food was delicious, delivered quickly and easy to prepare. Much more healthy than a takeaway too. Will be ordering again.

Quick, efficient and delightful!

I followed cooking instructions carefully but the food was still frozen in the middle (mushroom stroganoff)
And the vegan sausages were slimy and inedible.
The vegan cottage pie was gritty and without any detectable taste.
Vegan food ? Never again!!

Food arrived on time, beautiful packed.
My meals are delicious giving me an healthy choice within my food restrictions.
I love the ethos of the company also, it's a win win for me.
Adding more meals to the menu would always be appreciated.

Absolutely delicious. Above my expectations. Will definitely order again!

Overall I can't help but feel disappointed;

I noticed that some of the meals looked to be on the smaller side so I decided to weigh them. 3 of the 4 were out by quite a bit, one meal in particular was 90g less than stated on the box.
Two of the meals were very waterlogged by the end of cooking... turning the potatoes to mush & the black rice to more of a soggy risotto.
Despite this the Beef Bourguignon meal was still pretty tasty, though it did lack some veg & I was still hungry afterwards. The Cottage pie meal was also pretty decent and another favourite.
All four meals did require an additional 20 minutes or more of cooking time (As they were still partially frozen.)
But my biggest gripe has to be the cost: At £9 a frozen meal... it's shockingly overpriced (Regardless of the quality of ingredients.) Delivery was also an additional £7.
