I was looking for spares for my Rupes machines and Power tool sales are listed on the Rupes website as an authorised dealer, and on price they are cheaper than other well known vendors I’ve used before. Shipping was efficient and I was able to track the order from beginning to end

The part fitted and works as it should , it took a little longer than I thought it would to arrive but that maybe due to postal strike

Problem with paying, but all sorted by Shane and ordered around 12.30 arrived before 10 next day, excellent service over phone too 👏🏻👏🏻

This company must be the biggest joke I ever in countered I bought a part from their website few day after I received an email seeing part it’s been delivered but I didn’t received anything I got in touch with them and they said yes it’s been delivered with a photo proof of delivery which was nothing to do with me or my address I managed to get in touch with the delivery company dhl and after some investigation from my side I found out that they sent the part to a different address I sent an email and tell them the dhl said the part was delivered but not to the address it supposed to go they recognised is they’re mistake and will send a new part to the correct address a week after that I got in touch with them again and ask where is my part they sent an email with the tracking number and after they spoke with dhl apparently the part was destroyed in transit and they will send a new part ,few days after that I received another email asking if I’m happy with the part and to fill in a kind of claim form a declaration from me that I didn’t received the part I told them the part didn’t arrived and they sent me a copy of the tracking number which is clearly showing they bought the label but they never dispatched the part the label wasn’t scanned and if this wasn’t enough now I received two declaration forms to fill in for not receiving the parts even if the last one was never sent and they said if I do not fill the forms they will never send me the part and cut they’re losses with my self I opened a case with PayPal and after some email harassment from them I received the refund ,personally I think this should go on YOU'VE BEEN FRAMED

Good comms before sale confirming exact unit and they answered emails very quickly just how it should be..would have no issues in recommending them
