Fitters were polite and helpful. Very please overall but a pity they did not remove the packing.

From ordering to delivery the staff were very helpful and made us feel valued. Delivery was on time and the items were put where we wanted them. The delivery drivers were as helpful as the shop staff. The items delivered were as described and in great condition.

Mark the engineer came to assess and repair our Rangemaster cooker. It required a new element for the grill. I wasn't sure he would have one as the cooker is over 20 years old. But he did, and had it changed in a moment.
