You kept me informed
You acknowledged my order and told me when it shipped and when it would be delivered and I got texts from An Post so I had certainty at all stages of the ordering process.

Everything turned out great!
I was nervous a bit about the order since I was ordering for the first time, it took a while to get to me in Romania, but it reached me and I am curently trying out the products.

My partner and I ordered a product from Powerful, which met some unfortunate delivery issues/delays outside the responsibility of Powerful.
When discussing with the Powerful Team, they went above and beyond to rectify the issue (which they certainly did not have to do !). We were very impressed with their accommodations, and we cannot speak highly enough of Sarah and the Team at Powerful.ie.
In other words, we highly recommend. A+
