In chrompet supermarket....there were some bags which were lying at the cart we thought it was shopping bags ...at the billing counter lady enquires we tried to explain still she started abusing without respect...counter manager was responsive not able to stop the lady where she is not responding to stop also

Have ordered a Saree on 29th Jan 2023 and to be delivered at Mumbai. Haven't got any delivery update and after a week's time. Referred the matter with their Customer service and they informed that they would take up the matter with the courier partner Trackon Couriers. I took the consignment number and checked with Trackon Courier and it seems the parcel has reached them on 1st Feb 2023 itself and that too 2-3 kms from my residence. However they have not delivered the article till 6th Feb 2023. When I asked their call centre about this issue, they are just saying the same thing that the issue got raised with the courier partner and they are not interested in listening to us and there is no monitoring of the courier delivery at their end. After raising the issue in their portal, they are updating that they do not have delivery boy to deliver the parcel. However they are not at all picking the call and either disconnect our call or do not answer. After multiple follow up, somebody picks up and gave another number to get in touch with them. Subsequent follow up with other person, it seems they have directed the parcel to another Hub to deliver the parcel and they also do not have time to deliver the article. Subsequently I have personally visited by spending an auto fare of around Rs.160/- to collect the parcel from their Hub on 7th Feb 2023. Totally mis-managed courier partner and pathetic service by Pothys. This would be my first and last order through online with them.

Sales executives Kumudham and Roslin are responded well and helped a lot . But prices are very high zero discount and no gifts even after 20 thousands purchase. Alterations takes huge time

I am a patron of pothys. last two years , the quality of products diminished drastically.Recently I purchased very silk pavadai for my daughter for more than 10k.The silk got pealed off after 3 times usage in two years. I visited to pothys , traditional for informing the problem.But no body is ready to take it seriously.Now quality of pothys gone down and lost the confidence of customer

Extremely bad International Service... They don't even care to reply your email inquiry. Purchasing through online, it's your luck and on their mercy. Don't have any clue to receive merchandise from Pothys.However, Pothys love your online green transaction. What a company...?

Showroom Design is good, But Parking facility is poorly managed, traffic police outside Pothys chrompet behave very rudely to most of the customers. price is not reasonable.

ordered a saree on Nov 1st, and my saree never got delivered and not getting my miney back even after contacting so many times. WORST customer service. They dont even take responsibility

I ordered 3 items to Denmark. The sarees were bad quality and they sent the wrong kids wear size. I sent them a complain that The kids wear was too small and they told me that this Will not happen again. I Will never order online with them anymore. They have bad customer service for International shipments.

Very bad administration by the owner especially in pothys goddown which is located in Brindavanam Street creating unusual noise of cutting stones and wood and next to that is residential areas..... If we inform also those yediot are not stopping.... Pls don't choose pothys for any reason because of this type of attracities providing to public

Had a bad experience with fall stitching for kanchipuram sarrees recently. The sarrees came in crumpled and wrinkled and the fall stitching was not good at all. The quality of stitching used to be good until last year.

I ordered two nighties for my mother to be shipped to dubai. I live in the US. However, she never received the nighties. It has been more than two months since they are still trying to locate whether the packages got shipped. Terrible experience. Will not recommend.

Delayed delivery and poor quality. I ordered few jewels and received most of them damaged. Since, I am in US I can't ship it back which means I spent my money on a piece of trash.

dont belive pothys online they are worst. I didnt get my order after 10 days still i didnt get any response from them. worst service and worst ptoducts.

I,m from Chicago, USA. I won't recommend online shopping with Pothys. I had a very bad experience. You see An add on their site that International Courier is free above 20,000 RS but after placing an order they will say you will have some customs duty fees, when it comes here courier company will contact you and say you have to pay 150$ that means around 10,000 RS within 5 days otherwise, the courier will send back to India. We will not have another choice so be careful purchasing with them, it's a trap.
