One of the most disappointing business purchases I have made.
I purchased this service in good faith after seeing a promotional discount stating it ended at midnight, which created a clear sense of urgency to complete the purchase. Remarkably, over a week later the exact same "offer ends at midnight" promotion is still being displayed, leaving me seriously questioning whether the urgency presented to customers was ever genuine.
Within minutes of paying, I contacted the company because I immediately realised the service was neither clearly explained nor what I understood I was purchasing. This was not a case of changing my mind days or weeks later – my first email was sent almost immediately after payment.
The company initially apologised for the confusion and entered into lengthy discussions about alternative address locations. I was then advised that if I signed up to another of their services, they would refund my original purchase. However, when I requested a refund without purchasing another service, I was simply told the service was "non-refundable". In my experience, their customer service responses do not appear to align with their published terms.
I have now spent hours trying to obtain straightforward answers instead of focusing on running my business. Communication, which had previously been prompt, has now stalled entirely. I have also requested confirmation of the legal entity with whom I entered into the contract, as this is not made sufficiently clear on the website. At the time of writing, I have received neither that information nor a substantive response to my complaint.
I was also surprised to see five green stars prominently displayed on the homepage in a way that could give the impression of a highly rated review profile, despite the company's current Trustpilot rating being considerably lower. In my opinion, this presentation deserves closer scrutiny.
Based on my experience, I have serious concerns about the clarity of the sales process, the presentation of the promotional offer and the overall handling of customer complaints. I will be asking my bank to investigate the transaction and referring the advertising to the Advertising Standards Authority for review.
I would strongly encourage anyone considering this service to carry out thorough due diligence before making payment.
Pure scam. They get the money they don't deliver.
