Delivery was fast, food was good. Only thing that takes off of 5 stars is that the food was undercooked and gave me a foodborne illness.

Excellent food

Excellent food - dinged a star because it feels like each time I order the chorizo cheese dip, I get less. No other complaints, everything tasted wonderful.

Don't use this place. Total disaster

I decided to try Postmates because they were running a $20 promo. Worst mistake I made. The food never came. I ordered at 11:00 a.m. right when the restaurant opened. The food was made immediately. Two hours later I was on the phone trying to get a refund. The driver lied and said the food had been delivered but no picture of WHERE the food was left. I would happily have gone to the neighbors doorstep, anything, if any indication was given where the food was left. I will never order from this company again. One horrible experience is enough. The restaurant was SIX MILES from here, there is no way this scenario should have taken over two hours.

I just had the experience of my life…

I just had the experience of my life with this dishonest food delivery service they send me a promo code of 35 percent off on 30 dollars valid till September 6th so i put an order this afternoon and they didn’t applied the promo code I contacted them and they said send an screenshot of the promo when i went to the app the promo was taken off I deleted their app and want to warn other people about their dishonest business practices

Literal Criminals

I am disabled and can’t walk. I placed an order for $188, which apparently required a code. When
The driver showed up to what I thought was my address, I told her how to get in and to drop it off at my door and I gave her the code since I couldn’t walk to the door to get it.

Turns out she delievered it to the wrong building a block away. Literally one minute after she dropped it off, my neighbor went to get it and it wasn’t anywhere. I called her and she said she was 30 minutes away (??) and wouldn’t come back. Then hung up on me.

After a Sherlock Holmes investigation for a phone number, they said she is too far away, they don’t do refunds and wouldn’t replace the order. Basically, sorry! You’re screwed.

I’m livid. Livid. They are criminals. And I’m disabled.

Paid for food I never received, useless help system

I ordered two items, and received only one. The help system would not let me report it or register the issue, so I tried the next day, and the system response was that the order was not eligible for a refund. I tried using the chat feature to get further assistance but got an error message, no matter how many times I tried. So I tried again the next morning. This time I was able to start a chat. First you respond to automatic prompts, and you're asked to upload relevant images. I uploaded a screenshot of the error message I received when trying to get help the previous night, and screenshots of my receipt showing the 2 items I ordered and that I was charged for both. What else could I show, how do you photograph the absence of an item???? It made no sense to upload an image of the one item I did receive because that proves nothing, you could have received both items but photograph only one of them. Anyway, no one responded in the chat. I tried again, still no one there, no response. Then I saw a little notification that they were all busy and no one could help me now but would respond later. I checked back later a couple times in the app, going to my account to check for an update or message. Nothing. I forgot about it for several days because life is busy. Then today, about a week or so later, I find an email from Postmates, dated 6 days ago, asking for images of my receipt and of the order. Well I already sent them screenshots of the receipt, and again, an image of what I received is pointless because that proves nothing. You could photograph just part of your order and not show all of what you received. So I'm stuck paying $11.49 for the sandwich I never received. A reminder of why I need I rarely use Postmates. They have terrible customer service, and get stuck paying for food you don't receive.
