Everything went smoothly -- the ordering was easy, the delivery was reasonably quick, the driver was polite, and food was exceptional. The only thing I didn't like was the huge fee tacked onto the order. Postmates used to have the most reasonable fees, and now it has some of the highest.

Horrible company. They have messed up my order too many times to count including delivering from the complete wrong restaurant. The one time I place an order to be delivered to my work address and not my home I canceled it within 1 minute of realizing this mistake and was charged $40.00. When I contacted the reps to help with this they told me even after 1 second of placing the order I could be chanted and they would not be refunding any money to me. I’m currently a prefab t single mother while my husband is off in the Middle East and just wanted a break from cooking one meal so I decided to order food. And now am left with no food. Less money. And no help or support from their team. Do not use Postmates or uber eats they only care about their profit and bottom line. And can mess up all the time but the one time you make a mistake you pay for

I am beyond disappointed in this service. I had a pizza party box ordered and delivered to my grandma (she’s 86 and doesn’t drive). I tried canceling it multiple times and even tried calling. It wasn’t working. The delivery time went from 30-40 mins to nearly an hour and a half and then when they canceled it they still charged me the $50 for the pizza box that was never delivered to my grandma. I called and they said they wouldn’t refund me even though it was their lack of customer service and their app that wasn’t even letting me cancel the order in time. I am beyond frustrated and never will trust having them deliver to my grandma again. I try to do something nice because she is too far for me to bring her dinner and they just keep the pizza, charge me $50 and say it’s policy. I guess it’s policy for them not to answer the phone or their app to work, then just keep the money.

My order was picked up but never delivered to me. Instead it was left in a parking lot by a gate. I even went to where I thought he left it, but there was nothing there. At the time, I could not find a place to report this. I am glad you sent this. I hope whoever grabbed my food enjoyed it.

Postmates is getting worse and worse. This is the 3rd order in 2 months where the delivery estimated time is slowly pushed back and now it's getting delivered 2hr 30 minutes after the order and the initial estimate of 1 hour. Postmates is just Uber so definitely not going to be using Uber either.
