Positive Property has been excellent in finding me a tenant in particular Elvis who was very professional and informative during the whole process.

A very polite individual who kept me updated at all times dealing with my queries although I am a United Kingdom resident.

Have been dealing with Positive properties for the last 3 years. However this time i have had a terrible experience when the new apartment is been taken thru them. Agent named Noman from positive properties was chasing to close a contract and a agreed to sign the contract 20 days earlier than my end of contract with other apartment. At the time of handing over the cheque i have shown some visible damages and maintenance requirements which he agreed to fix at the same day. When i was about to move after a week he didn’t even fixed any of those issues and i had to chase numerous times. After all, once i moved to apartment AC wasn’t working, toilet seats were damaged and couldn’t use, all the water taps were leaking and water is flooding thru cupboard. When i had shared this with him his response was like he need approval and not ready to fix the problems. Wondering how bad the service is and he or positive properties doesn’t even have the standard to maintain very minimum curtesy to fix it. Every time when i call he will say one or the other reason. Tried contacting the landline in their office and no one is responding there as well. The only option infront of me is to go to RERA and find out a solution. Please beware of dealing with positive properties and agent named Noman.

Just managed to rent my apartment via Positive properties through agent Mr Shebin.
Shebin is such a dedicated and kind hearted person. Knows all the aspects of renting and no false promises. He handled the whole process from arranging viewings to completion very smoothly. He is also following up after completion. He was patient, responsive and efficient. Am a very happy customer thanks to Shebin. :)

I dealt with Roshan, who I found to be extremely professional. He is polite, organized, punctual, an excellent communicator, understood exactly what I was looking for and found me a great tenant almost instantly. The turnaround time for the paperwork was also impressive. His attention to detail and patience with me (a first-time Landlord) was greatly appreciated. I will definitely continue to work with Roshan in the future and highly recommend him.

I finalized yesterday selling my unit. it was a long and tiring process especially in those days and market. I contacted several agents which quickly turned their back as I didn't accept to lower the price and knees to their "advices". I finally found Ms Nayomi Pathiranage FB group who showed a lot of professionalism and commitment. It took though several months until we found a buyer at a reasonable price, but during all this time she kept bringing buyers on a regular basis and never questioned my selling price. The selling process it self went smoothly and she took care of all details. Finally she helped me to find another unit to relocate and vacate my unit.
