Ed Barnes at Positive Lending was brilliant from start to finish in terms of sourcing a very complicated case for one of my clients, after an initial knockback from a lender beyond our control, I thought I would have to inform my client that their debt consolidation was not possible. However, Ed did not give up and found a lender that would consider my client's circumstances. Just over 3 weeks after applying to them we had a mortgage offer and this completed yesterday. I came to Positive Lending via my Mortgage Broker at Alton Mortgages, with a complicated Second Charge Mortgage request. Richard, my broker, and Georgia at Positive Lending worked extremely hard to work around challenges in my personal circumstances to secure the loan to a really tight deadline I had. They went through all the application questions with me one by one over the phone so we could discuss any queries I had in real time so the application could be submitted immediately and followed up with good communication throughout.
