By the time I was in contact with Positive lending i had given up hope. but they made the miracle happen. They went the extra mile for me, and found me a lender. Great service from David Hounsell on a tricky bridging loan case involving borrowing on a property in the UK to fund a purchase abroad.

Initial enquiry was discussed over the phone. Solutions were then provided that day so that I could share these with my client. The team then arranged an appointment directly with the client and a recommendation was made.
The transaction completed 4 weeks later and my client was very happy with the outcome which saved him a significant amount of money each month

Positive Lending have enabled me to have a 2nd mortgage to carry out repairs to my property.
