I needed help moving personal belongings after changing how my home was set up. The move involved boxes, household items, and a few things that needed extra handling. The movers showed up ready and followed the plan we discussed earlier. I stayed around to point out access areas and answer questions. The process stayed clear the whole time.

Movers were very timely (in fact arrived a little earlier than anticipated). Was a move across states so greatly appreciated the assistance. Did everything from safely packaging TVs, mirrors, etc… and moving some very heavy boxes. Movers were very quick with loading and unloading items and also disassembled/ reassembled some furniture too.

The Poseidon team handled my long distance move from Boston to Philadelphia very professionally. I especially appreciated their diligence and flexibility while navigating changing circumstances.

Their customer service was exceptional—Oleg was immediately responsive and extremely helpful throughout the process. The pricing was fair and straightforward, and I was given immediate updates anytime I made changes to our moving details.

The delivery window was tighter than expected; the drivers of the truck had to leave to make another appointment, which meant our movers had to unload everything from the truck onto the ground so the truck could leave. However, this was the only minor issue and didn’t overshadow the other positive aspects of the move. I’m very happy with their services and would recommend Poseidon for anyone looking to relocate.

The account managers were very knowledgeable and responsive prior to our move. Our movers were flexible with parking in the North End and completed our move efficiently.

I completed my move with Poseidon last week and had an awesome experience with them. Oleg and his team (Shota and Guru) provided outstanding service during every part of the process. It was a cross-country move from Boston to LA. Not only did they get my stuff here well ahead of schedule but having just unpacked my last box, I have found everything meticulously packaged and not one item was damaged. This was an especially tricky move because my street in LA is very narrow. Oleg researched my street ahead of the move and decided the best course of action was to get a second smaller truck and transfer everything there. It all worked out amazingly well (much better than my last move that with a much bigger national company that was problematic at every turn.) I can't recommend Poseidon highly enough. The very best!!
