This is probably one of the worst experiences I've had in recent years. Products like this should be banned. Fraudulent, opaque, faceless company with 0 customer service (who only react when you mention lawsuit, everything else must be filtered). Stay away and do not use their services. Apart from garbage data, this is extremely expensive for the little value it provides, and you will waste your time trying to get any support for any issue.

I have been using and investing based on results from portfoliovisualizer.com for several years and I thought it was a very good tool until I reported important errors found. I got back a typical customers service message which did not understand what the error was and it was an important error. I clarified and sinsce since found and reported other program errors but I get no confirmation and/or solutions to them. It is for me a clear indication that they do not take program errors seriously which in their field and business should be a MUST!

The paid model is a premium service which does not come cheap. I decided to subscribe as it was the only way to access current data in terms of live portfolio changes, and there are some powerful features.

During the free trial I had access to Australian (home country) data and the US markets, so I assumed I would have at leas the same with the paid version.

However much to my dismay I only had Australian market data. I have contacted them at least five times to rectify this and not had a single reply.

Avoid this overpriced service with no customer support, there are better alternatives out there. Very disappointing.
