I recently contacted Wheelie Fresh Bins, as I had noticed on the last two occasions my bins have not been fully cleaned. In fact they were only cleaned properly the very first time and since then hardly at all. E.g. On Monday the guy turned up and left exactly 1 minute later, hardly enough time to clean the bin at all.

The response I had back from the company was "in cases such as yours where you are also keeping your bin clean between our scheduled cleans, the bin only requires a clean with our washcloths, followed by our disinfectant/deodorising spray".

I actually thought I was paying to have my bins cleaned properly each time, as they website states "Your bins are hygienically cleaned inside and out, deodorized and then returned to your property".

So be aware this is not actually the case apparently, so It might be worth looking elsewhere.

This company is probably fine if you are paying them and are out when they turn up.

However, if you are a neighbour of someone who uses this company you will be treated rudely. They are very loud and throw bins around and make a lot of noise and do not care at all. Tell your neighbours as I am going to tell mine! Month after month, week after week, they turn up and make a lot of noise. I finally confronted a chap next door and he told me there was nothing he could do. There is plenty he could do, but has no intention of bothering... He then beeped his horn twice as he drove off, just to make a point, like a four year old. I won't tell you what I now think of him!
