They Got Paid – Now They Want My ID?!
I paid using a valid card in my name. Despite my bank confirming the transaction, Porsay refused to ship my package unless I sent a video of my bank account and a photo of my ID. No clear reason, just copy-paste replies. Their own dashboard shows “Awaiting Shipping,” but they won’t admit payment went through. Feels shady -- I’ve reported them. Avoid this service.

Apparently Porsay thinks they’re above banks now. My card issuer verified my identity and confirmed the payment -- in writing. But that’s not enough for this shady parcel service. They want my ID, a bank video, maybe next they'll ask for a DNA sample.
You're not a financial institution. You're a shipping middleman holding paid parcels hostage behind made-up "verification" hoops. It's not fraud prevention -- it’s pure extortion.

You implied fraud, yet you shipped the order. Those two facts cannot coexist. Shipping is confirmation that no fraud existed. If you had bothered to verify before lying publicly, you would know that.
You accepted payment, withheld a paid order, demanded extra personal details, then tried to justify it afterward as “routine verification.” That is not fraud prevention. That is leverage.

No fraud. No refund offer. Just delay, accusations, and backpedaling.

Unreliable company
Hello, I shipped a package on December 11 and the full amount was paid. My name is Issam Touati and I am a customer at Porsay. I paid, but my package has not arrived until today. They are making excuses that the colissimo shipping company is at fault. I filed a complaint, but to no avail. There was a lot of procrastination. In the end, my package was lost and I lost $17. Yes, I do not recommend using Porsay. It is an irresponsible company. I have excuses and messages to them and how they procrastinate. Please be careful.

C'est un argument étrange ! J'ai réglé mes colis avec mes propres cartes bancaires canadiennes, mais vous avez bloqué le paiement . J'ai envoyé des vidéos comme vous me l'avez demandé ! Même si on ne demande jamais à un client une vidéo de sa carte personnelle !, vous m'avez remboursé et bloqué tout... et maintenant vous me demandez de vous envoyer les preuves de paiement de la boutique où j'ai acheté mes affaires ! Êtes-vous la police ou la boutique ? Ce n'est pas votre rôle ! Malgré cela, j'ai fini par vous envoyer les vidéos de compte PayPal, mais je n'ai toujours pas de réponse ! Ah oui, un iPhone, un PC, une PS5, etc., ce n'est pas SHEIN ! Voleur va !

I used Poesay services a couple of times. Both of them are from Luxury markets. The customer services are the best I have ever dealt with. FAST response and helpful staff. When I decided to ship my parcel, an employee (his name is NASER) from Porsay texted me immediately and advised me to rearrange my shipping so it would cost fewer fees. Besides, my Parcel delivered within 2 days.. I confirmed the shipping on Thursday and it arrived on Saturday..! AMAZING !! I highly recommend dealing with Porsay.

unprofessionalism at its finest i got charged 12Euros for a simple service of activating my card in an ATM but in exchange my account got blocked for overtrying to charge it when it was refused when i asked for a refund they told me they did their service which is the complete opposite i don't recommend anyone to deal with this unprofessional company if it was possible i would give 0 stars because this company deserve neither

Regarding the account issue you mentioned, it seems to be related to the ATM or the card provider, as our role was limited to activating the card, which was done as requested. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for services that were fully delivered.

I sent a medical machin with Porsay, which i was in need for as soon as possible so i connected the customer support and tell them about my situation and they make an exception and ship my parcel in the same day they receive it even that they receive it the shipping time.
