I bought a collar at the spring fair…
I bought a collar at the spring fair ardingly for Grandaughter dog.It was soft and just the right colour.She then asked if they did the lead to match.I emailed popsandcoco and said I could order online.Which I have done came very quickly and very pleased with it.

Great designs, good quality, items were delivered with speed.and efficiency.
I'd already purchased the harness when visiting the stall at Ardingly so of course my baby girl needed the matching set!! So collar and lead had to be done!!

The dog harness are pretty however they are so rigid and my dogs are not comfortable in them. Hopefully after soaking them in fabric softener they will improve. Based on this and some weird additional harness on top I would not buy from them. Too expensive to return as well.

Hi Deanne thanks for your review. The harness you purchased was one of our Go Explore Harnesses which are tough and designed for bigger, stronger dogs. They aren't made of a soft or flimsy material but they will soften up after some use. We're not sure what you mean by some weird additional harness on top - our Go Explore Harnesses have a back plate with a grab handle and d ring and a chest plate with a front d ring. This design is extremely common amongst lots of other dog brands across the world so we aren't sure what you mean here? With you being based in France we understand the returns process will be costly however we would be happy to refund if this has only been tried on indoors.

Really happy with my recent order!
Really happy with my recent order, the collar and lead set I bought fit perfectly and are very well made. I also bought a personalised basket which I LOVE. Will definitely be back for more items especially as the girls are so helpful over on Tiktok!

Thanks for the 5 stars Katie! We love these collars but they are only for small-medium dogs unfortunately! Our supplier doesn't make these in bigger sizes for bigger dogs, we wish they did!

Poor customer service
Ordered a jumper for my daughter’s dog in size large and when it arrived it was significantly smaller than the dimensions on the size guide. Tried to contact popsandcoco but their online chat service didn’t seem to work properly. I requested that they email me but they didn’t respond. Disappointing as myself and my daughters regularly buy from this company but probably won’t anymore because of the poor customer service and difficulties in getting the order sorted.
Following response received over a month after posting this review, I would like to raise two points . Firstly, how would you be able to determine if my daughter has purchased from yourselves as you don’t know her name or address. Secondly, the jumper size did not match the sizing given in the guide as already stated but incorrectly read by yourselves. I would imagine from your response that you have limited business acumen and professionalism. A significant part of running a business is dealing with customers when things go wrong and in my opinion you are very poor at this!

Hi Melanie, we've had many conversations about this - we aren't available on our online chat at 11pm unfortunately but responded to you during office hours. We have no record of your daughter ever purchasing from us so we are almost certain she purchased somewhere else. Our sizes differ from other stores both online and brick and mortar like Pets at Home for example which is why we provide size charts in several places for you to check measurements. We of course offered you to return the item for a refund which you didn't do. We're sorry the jumper didn't fit your dog but we do provide lots of size information for you to make an informed decision, you sent us an image of the jumper you received which was the correct size too.
