Been trying to log in for three days…
Been trying to log in for three days because the 2fa sms code never arrives. Submitted a support ticket on a tuesday, and im still a waiting to response. the supportteam is incredibly slow. i eventually had to use the forgot password workaround five times just to get into my account once. very frustrating expirience

We are experiencing massive latency with the Rest API. Response times went from normal 200ms to over 3 seconds since last week update, and our whole data pipeline is bottlenecked. Raised a P! priority ticket, but it took them 14 hours to even acknowledge it. Communication during technical issues is practiacally non-existent

The analytics dashboard crashes every single time i try to export a CSV file larger than 50mb. Reached out to support and got stuck in a loop with their automated chatbot for an hour. Finally got a human to reply 47 hours later, and they just copy-pasted a reply telling me to clear my browser cache competely useless
